I been texting him for two weeks to come fix my car after I paid 150 for diagnostics I been getting every excuse for days he said yes he can and never came really thought he was a good mechanic felt like I got 150$ stolen out of my pocket now I missed a whole week of work because he kept saying he can fix my car but never showed up after I paid 150 for diagnostics

I called up Chase on a Tuesday to come out and replace a valve cover gasket on my fusion. He responded quickly and sounded very confident in the request. I was still waiting for the part to come in so I scheduled him for the upcoming Friday. He checked in the night before to verify the appointment. +1. Chase came through and had the part replaced in a timely fashion. He called me out to check everything with him. I signed off, paid the man, and he was on his way. All of this was after a B&M mechanic wanted to charge me triple for the job. The cost, convenience, and promptness will definitely keep my man on speed dial. A+

Can’t recommend him enough. I needed a brake job with rotors took it to Firestone and was quoted over $1,000… I called him he came by THAT NIGHT (A Sunday night at that) fixed my brakes and my rotors, and even took it for a spin and made me test drive it to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I can’t recommend him enough, I saved hundreds of dollars AND had it done even quicker right in my parking lot! I’ll definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to everyone I know!

So I have had the same mechanic for over 10 years. A very loyal guy who’s thorough.. honest and reliable. Well for some reason I have been unable to contact him. I heard he lost his phone and has another phone number. I was really disappointed because I always felt a sigh of relief knowing that he was only a phone call away! Fast forward to a few days ago. My car was riding pretty rough. I stopped by Auto Zone for help. I was given a diagnosis which was wrong. One of the managers there knew of a garage owner and sent me there. One ride out me up the block he instantly told me where the problem was. He gave me an estimate. Well I haven’t gone to a shop in over ten years.. and I know that they stay backed up . I wanted that mobile front door service that I had gotten accustomed to… and not to mention the slight cheaper price. I googled and found Chase ! Chase answered my call … called me back with an estimate and showed up the same day !!! He was very polite and VERY knowledgeable! I was impressed!! He myself his girlfriend Chris ( and their little cute doggie) came by and hooked me up pretty quickly lol ! They both are Great people and they are extremely down to earth! I enjoyed talking to them ! Chase not only test drove my vehicle.. after he was done…he also answered a few of my questions about other minor issues I was having with my car ( I probably got on his nerves lol ) ... and advised me of a leak that I had ! I will definitely be using him again SOON .. and I will be recommending him to my children…family and friends!! He totally won me over and I trust him !! I’m Rocking with Chase from now on!!💪🏽💪🏽 !! I can’t recommend this mechanic enough! He was incredibly quick to answer the phone and came out to help us in no time. In less than an hour, he had our car up and running again, which was a huge relief. I’m beyond grateful for his professionalism and speed. If I could give him 10/10 stars, I would! 5 Star Review Here!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ We were heading from Kentucky to Georgia when our alternator went out in Birmingham. We called Chase to ask for assistance. He got to us within a few minutes of our call, and brought with him a matching alternator that he had at his shop. We were back on the road less than two hours after the call. This occurred on Labor Day Weekend 2024, on a Sunday night. Thankyou Chase for your promptness, professionalism, and proficiency in workmanship. We are grateful for you!

Chase came to my home on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my brakes. He was very professional and knowledgeable and reasonable. He saved me a tow charge and a rental car charge. In addition, my brake pad sensor broke while he was fixing my car and he ordered it and then came to my work to put it on. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!

Chase is one of a kind, he goes beyond his work to do way more than expected, we got stacked in the middle of nowhere and Chase became our Angel when we chanced upon him.. at a point he worked all night, brought us food, and was very courteous! All these he did before he even mentioned money! He’s the guy to go to cos he knows his stuff and goes on to learn more even in your presence in order to do a perfect work!

THE PLOT THICKENS…. Chase contacted me, expressing disappointment with the negative reviews online and claiming to have overslept. He made up a sob story saying that the only gas pump he could find costed $1000.00. I immediately informed him that I could find a gas pump online for $85.00. After I texted him a photo of my purchase and mentioned the expected delivery time of 3-5 business days, I didn't receive a response. Despite Chase's efforts, the car remained inoperable, a fact that my grandfather, a veteran mechanic, was made aware of by my mother. During a thorough examination, my grandfather noticed the absence of my mother's back seat cushion , which was removed by Chase. It became apparent that the fuel pump, located under the back seat, had been disconnected , a tactical maneuver designed to increase Chase’s costs and profits. No wonder, he kept suggesting that $1000.00 fuel pump!

We broke down in Bessemer, he showed up,charged us 150$ for a diagnosis (even though he never diagnosed anything) then completely ghosted me after he said he'd be back the next day to get the car fixed.

After another mobile mechanic was no show to fix my wife’s car, I called Chase and he was at my house in like an hour. After he figured out the issue he went to the store and got the parts needed and was done with the car pretty quickly. He was very polite and his fees were very reasonable especially after going to my house so quickly. Definitely recommend him.

I requested a pre purchase vehicle inspection and Chase was extremely flexible and accommodating. He then applied the inspection cost towards the brake job that he completed for me. The brake job was more difficult than a normal job however he provided a quote and honored it and provided quality parts. Would recommend.

Wow! Ìf you want it done right, call! Stuck on the roadside with a 4 year old, this young professional man came to find us stranded and was there within an hour on a Sunday night over Memorial day weekend. My car needed a unique part, and he took us safely to a hotel and YES, he found the part for my car on Memorial day, picked up my husband, and brought him back to our car. There is a saying that when you entertain strangers you may be entertaining an angel. Chase quickly went from a stranger to an angel. Myself and my daughter were driving through Alabama from Atlanta, GA. Near Bessemer Alabama her car overheated. We pulled into a gas station, put coolant in her Jeep and heard hissing while the car had a severe leak. A Jeep dealership was very close. Fixing her car would have taken 5 days. A really nice associate at the Jeep dealership came to see if it was an easy fix. Once he took a look he said her radiator had a leak and we had used the wrong type of coolant. Chase just happened to drive by the gas station and ask if we needed help. The next morning Chase purchased everything we needed to fix her car. He was done start to finish in about an hour and a half. Chase was thorough, helpful, kind and did a great job on my daughters car AND he was reasonably priced. He also did these repairs in the rain and cold. I highly recommend his services. Five stars…10/10 (He’s truly an Angel)!
