This company is amazing. I ordered one of their lifts through a third-party vendor. The shipping company made some scratches on the pillars of the lift that I bought, as well as slightly bending a handle. Without hesitation, they sent me touchup paint and a whole new handle assembly to make the lift just as good as new. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this brand of vehicle lift to anybody. I love mine.

Go to place if you need a car lift. I bought a midsize scissor lift from them back in September 2023. All good and nice until June of this year when my lift had a structural issue. They are in Texas and I am in Massachusetts. As a general idea the lift is over 1000 Lb in weight. I called them and I discovered that they were ready to offer all humanly possible help to fix my problem. Stratus Support offered to replace one of my lifts floor plates (very big and heavy component of lift’s structure). They actually ordered that part overseas and it took a while to arrive. In the meantime I was calling them once a week to check the status. They always answered all my questions and they were very supportive ( I was not always the nicest person to deal with) It is true that you can find similar products all over the place but I doubt that you will have support like Stratus team is offering. Thank you! Very much appreciated their help!

We opened up a shop and purchased their 14k lift, top of the line tire machine with all the attachments and tire balancer. The lift works well. However, the cable lock sticks and one side of the lift doesn't fully go down all the way to release the arms so that is a challenge. However, we are pretty satisfied with the lift overall. Let's hope it doesn't ever need parts. As for their tire machine and wheel balancer, we're completely unsatisfied. We had to run a special electric line to their balancer. While most work on 110, this one does not. Within a couple months, the motherboard fried. Support is a joke. It took weeks for them to send a replacement and that was only after numerous calls and emails. We ended up buying a wheel balancer locally and now only use this one for a backup. Their tire machine is more problems then it's worth. We've had to replace / repair air lines, replace the lubricator, a bolt on the mount arm and now the bead breaker canister blew. Once again, I contacted support. Mind you we've only had this tire machine for a little over a year. Supports states, they have to talk to the owner and then get with their overseas supplier. I guess they don't stock any parts. It's been almost 2 weeks and supposedly, they're still waiting on their supplier. They couldn't even tell us if a universal bead breaker would work on their machine. Well, it does. We bought one and it works fine. I would highly recommend buying lifts, tire machines and balancers locally and make sure the company you purchase from stocks parts. As for this company, we will not buy anything from them again. I rate them a F for customer support.

I purchased a 9000lb extra wide open center mid rise lift 3 years ago. Today, l accidently forgot to install a rubber barrier to serve as friction between the cross bars and side plates. My wife's 65 mustang convertible almost took a slip and fall off the side! Within moments l had Suzy on a video call walking me through getting it down safely. Happily married but love you Suzy. We purchased a 9000lbs scissor lift online from Stratus after weeks of shopping/research. I had entered our home address instead of business by mistake, and messaged their site to correct that. Daniel Brymer immediately phoned me to welcome me, introduce himself, and confirm they made the change. Two days later it was packed and on a truck heading to us and Daniel’s shipping notification email even included photos of the boxes packed, loaded, and secured on the truck. Well-packed, it arrived in perfect condition. I messed up while testing it and had to call them to figure out how to resolve the problem. Suzie (engineer) walked me through troubleshooting possible issues, then asked to reconvene that evening to continue. That night she called and had pulled together a teleconference of several teams and disciplines from different locations (and homes) as well as representatives from the manufacturer, all to ensure the car lift was running again that night. It took them less than 15 minutes to see what I had done, correct it, and walk me through final, flawless tests. Daniel, Suzie, and this really, really well-made car lift have sold me on Stratus and confirmed we made the right choice in buying steel from a company in Texas. Great product, and an excellent, responsive team standing behind it.

I am impressed with the quality of the product and even more so with the level of customer support. I had trouble raising and lowering the lift when I first installed it last weekend. I called Stratus up 1st thing on Mon morning @6am CA time and got help within the hour via Google Meet. We met again the next morning on Tues and resolved my issue 100% plus had a short Q&A. Being a support engineer myself professionally, I appreciate the work the support team has done for me in order to get the lift operational. Oil change anyone? :-)

I bought the 6600lbs single post lift from Stratus back in early 2020. The lift has been awesome and is my favorite piece of equipment. It's portability makes this lift so versatile. The customer service at the time of purchase was very good. But I now need a new indicator light and some different truck adapters and the customer service was stellar in helping to facilitate that! Fast communication and very helpful with very fair prices. I also got some touch up paint while I was at it as well. Good product so far and great customer service!

I purchased a Stratus UT-8000 lift. Everyone was very helpful with the purchase, pick up, and getting the lift installed and sorted. I did have a problem after the install that ended up being a simple fix. Not sure the origin of the issue, could have caused during shipping or could have happened during my install, as I did that by myself. Stratus worked hard to help me troubleshoot and work through the issue. Everything is now working as it should and the lift is a fantastic choice for my situation. Excellent lift, fantastic customer service.

I purchased the MS 9000XT PLC and am extremely happy with it. Very well constructed, easy to set up, and use for all of my Ranch needs. I use it for Diesel Ranch ATVs to heavy pickups. Easy to move around my shop and doubles as a very large work bench. Best of all, I feel much safer under a vehicle now than a fixed two post. Had a question and customer service was excellent!

I recently purchased a single post 6600 pound lift from these guys and it’s been a great product. It’s allowed me to do more things at my shop and its unique mobile characteristics is perfect for a smaller shop like mine. The customer service has also been top-notch. I’ve called a couple different times regarding parts and they’ve always been great to deal with. I will continue to use this company for further lifts once I grow into a bigger shop. After I received the lift I had a small problem which the tech support took care of in an expedient manner. I was grateful and impressed with their service. These guys have been great. I purchased a couple of lifts second hand and something must have happened in the move and the pistons started leaking when reassembled. I contacted Stratus and they were very good about sending the correct replacement parts to get the lifts back up and running to 100%. Thanks guys I really appreciate it and will make you my first stop when purchasing new lift equipment.

This lift has more than exceeded my high expectations. Worked on multiple cars just put a transmission in a 07 expediton el and after running my 04 deisel across a certified scale to check weight the lift had no issues. And the best part is the staff that back it had a small issue when it arrived they set up a video chat with a tech and had it going in no time.

This place is great, I went in, they have their machines on display so you see what you're getting, I took measurements they had exactly what I needed in stock, there are no pushy salesman, the product sells itself and if you need any parts for your machine in the future they have-it-all in stock, so you don't have to wait 6 weeks for a part ordering it from over seas, these lifts are better quality than the average lift, the prices are great, not the cheapest but the quality and price are what I was looking for

Bought lift less than a year ago had issues getting the lift, shipping issue. Lift came in, it was the wrong lift. Lost a couple of days of work because of issues. Past is the past Present time my lift had a malfunction last weekend. Hydraulics held thank goodness and my truck wasn't off the ground very high. I called stratus on the following monday about the issue. I was optimistic from my past experience I had trying to fix the issues with shipping/ getting the right lift. They were very informative and willing to help. We had many emails back and forth with great communication and in a expedient time frame. The issue was for the most part resolved, just haven't got the parts yet. My experience this time was 180 degrees different. They handled the situation in a TOP NOTCH way. Great communication, very informative, speedy responses, very helpful. The lift is very useful, manuvalable and easy to use. Hopefully the parts will ship with no problems and have a happy ending, I think it will. Thanks again to Stratus and thier rep. who I worked with to solve the issue. Four star because I don't give 5 stars to anything, nothing is perfect. This experience was close. Thanks again.
