The repair was well done and took care of the problem; and the customer service was the best one could ask for. I was treated cordially and respectfully and any questions or concerns were answered right away--both from the automotive service technician and customer service specialist. I would highly recommend Stress-Free Auto for both repair service and customer service.

Alex and his team are amazing. I have taken my car to them a few times. They inform and notify of everything every step of the way. My 98 Mercury was giving me issues and they helped tremendously with getting my car fixed. From my heater and AC to my spark plugs and manifold. Amazing crew. Thank you all for taking the time to get my car fixed and running smoothly.

Stress free auto was the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. From the moment I called I was able to get approved approved for a loan to help pay for any problems I had. And when I dropped the car off Alex was really nice and helpful. I was able to get more than my breaks fixed because of the loan and plus I love how the diagnostic sends you information about everything that’s wrong with your car. I went in for breaks but after I received my report I got to find out everything that was wrong with my car so I was able to get a head start and fix slot more than the breaks. As a disabled veteran and woman people take huge advantage of me and I’ve been scammed at auto shops but this was the only shop where I felt safe and actually could trust that the shop had my back. Thank you to Alex and the mechanic who fixed my car and saved me a lot of money. I got parts that were way more affordable here than anywhere else. Fork the clean facility to the awesome customer service I really thank stress auto for being in Sacramento. Wish I knew about you guys a lot sooner!! I will definitely recommend this place to other friends, family, and coworkers.

I love this place - I feel so comfortable and I know my car is always taken care of. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, Alex was very transparent about the workload they had for the day. Took about 2.5 hours - but I did not mind the waiting area. Comfy couches, and they text you with updates. Alex was also very transparent about it taking X amount of minutes for it to be done. Can't forget about the techs that did a great job servicing my Nissan - your hard work never goes unnoticed. And to the guy that broke his finger... get better soon! Grateful for everyone at the Sac location. I'll be back!

Top notch. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really streamlined and modern. Photos and videos of my car. They let me know things to monitor and most importantly what needed immediate attention. Guided me what I should fix first and what could wait until my next paycheck. This is honesty. And transparency. I'll certainly come back. Highly recommend.

My daughter needed to bring her car in for some work. Everyone we engaged with was friendly and professional, from the gentleman that answered the phone to make our appointment, to the one that was working the desk when we picked up the car. Andrew went over and above by working endlessly to locate a part for us. I would absolutely go back and trust them to work on all of our cars.

The people were really friendly and helpful. they did a fabulous job on my car. I have had the car back now for a few days and now and issues. problems I brought it in for were fixed and did a few extra at no labor cost which I appreciate very much All in all I am very happy and satisfied with the service. This place is the best. I have never had such a good experience in an auto repair shop. The workers are super helpful and friendly. The diagnostics are extremely detailed. They tell you everything wrong with your car, how urgent the issue is, and even give pictures of the issue so you know they’re not trying to upcharge. I have even received help from them when doing a repair myself. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.

Went in for an oil change, and I truly came out feeling like I knew how my car was. Very efficient very transparent and they don’t make a woman feel like she’s dumb. I highly recommend stress-free for your routine and even your harder Repairs that they do. I only have one complaint and most people will say oh it was called in there. That’s all I’ve got to say it was really cold.

This review is months overdue, I apologize, but it finally popped in my head at the right time. Stress-Free Auto Care has made our car maintenance and care so seamless and stress-free just like their name promises. The first few months living in Sacramento it seemed like there was one thing after another with our car, and went to SFAO because it was only a few minutes away. After our first experience, we learned proximity was the least of the reasons we looked forward to going back (aside from the part about being down one car when that would happen). Their communication is impeccable, you really get a sense that they care for your concerns, hear you entirely and are looking out in your best interest. You know how I also know they look out for us? We were misquoted once, and they realized it only after the work was done. Now, of course any business would have to honor what was quoted - but not every business would take ownership or accountability for the mistake. In similar situations, I've left feeling like it was my fault for their mistake. In this scenario, I felt respected. They also move through the day very quickly and efficiently, it seems. We've usually had our care back before we expected it to be ready! All in all, I have to say that this crew deserves a 5 star rating every day - I'm sure you guys won't be disappointed with your experience there.

I like stress free auto care because they up front clearly tell you about what will they do. I am glad they accepted Costco 15% discount coupon. In my case they gave 50% discount on diagnosis because they could not fix even they found problem. Fix needed special tools that only dealer shops have. Overall it's a good experience because I got what I was told to expect.
