Fast and friendly service. A great addition to the Mint Hill area. I had an oil/filter change service, along with tires properly inflated, changed the air filter and also has a tail light bulb replaced. All in less than 15 minutes and at a great price.

Very inefficient operation. I pulled straight in, at 10:25AM with 2 people working in the shop. One other vehicle in the other bay only there for an inspection. The promise of a 10 minute oil change is lofty, and I knew it would be longer, but I didn’t expect it to be a half hour. Finally left a little after 11AM, I will say the tech did do the job and they topped everything off including air in my tires, it was just a mind numbingly slow process. No hustle to be found. Do not go here if you’re on a time crunch, which I was, but expected delivery a little closer to the promise on the sign.

Very satisfied with the service I received with a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation...great care and attention to detail...even torqued down the lug nuts on each wheel...I will be back and they were very quick.

Very thorough, kind, quick, and efficient service. I felt like they really took time with me and went over many aspects of my vehicle that I don't typically have chain oil change companies review. They are absolutely not your typical oil change location. Plus! I learned you can do inspections there! Really great experience. :) Thank you SB team!

Cheapest in the area, they went above and beyond on my oil change, gave me water when I first arrived, fixed my oil leak, showed me my new oil level, and put air in my tire. They also had a female employee and being a young female going to get an oil change alone made me feel very comfortable!

I had low tire pressure as I was going out of town. The guys at Strickland Brothers were happy to help and immediately filled my tires with air. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend!
