It was a good oil change but not a good customer experience. One would expect the windows to be washed and air pressure in the tires to be check.

I got screwed. Tell me prices up front and don't sell items i did aprove. They i did and i never put additives in my car. The 3 employees aurgued woth me saying i said it was ok. NO IT WAS NOT. I have 3 cars anf they lost me as a customer. I will warn others of thw bad service and scam.

I really liked the speediness, thorough work, And the checks and balances of the operation. I’m still picky with my 2005 Toyota Sequoia! In a pinch Strickland brothers got my business today and first impressions means a lot because I will be returning

This place is a great shop for your oil change and I definitely recommend it. This is the first place that offered me a bottle of water while getting an oil change. Out of every other place I been to no one has ever offered be a random bottle of water. The service is better than a lot of other shops I have been at Valvoline, take 5, pep boys, etc these guys are honest and I haven’t had any issues with my car after an oil change with them. I’ll be coming here from now on going forward!

This was my first time coming here and I will DEFINITELY be coming back! I was needing an oil change and originally had an appointment at Firestone at 3pm. Firestone turned me away saying they never accepted the appontment even though it showed as scheduled in the Firestone app. My oil was dangerously low and I'd been holding off until payday so it was today or not at all. My son reminded me about Strickland Brothers just down the street from our house so, I gave them a try and I am SO glad I did! Payton greeted me right away and let me know they were available to do my oil right now. Anthony helped guide me into the garage and got started. Everyone kept me company while they worked and were incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me with any additives that would help care for the engine and extend mileage, especially after learning how far I drive every day for work. Their friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness has definitely won them another customer, especially after having such a terrible experience just right before at Firestone. You guys are great and I already look forward to my next oil change! (And kudos to the manager, too! He's just as awesome as his staff! Way to go leading your team by example!)

I had a great experience here! As a female with limited knowledge about cars, I was treated with respect and never made to feel embarrassed for my lack of expertise. Just got my oil changed and it was definitely one of my better experiences I've had. Didn't get their names but the two guys working were very nice and charismatic and didn't try to over sell anything I didn't need. Will definitely be coming here for my car needs in the future.
