I went to get an oil change for my mother's car that she uses for uber/lyft. The mechanics were nice, and the service was quick, but they did not apply the discount for the uber/lyft, and ended up paying 1.5 the amount of the oil change. Since you stay in the car during the service, I didn’t see the receipt until after I paid. I asked about the discount and to be refunded, but was told they couldn’t refund it, but could get a discount on the next service. So make sure to check before paying for your services.
