This was my first time visiting this business and location. The customer service was excellent and informative. Also, I was able to apply the coupon I received in the mail for a discount on an oil change. 🙂

Well, start off young lady needs little attitude adjustment, just not too friendly. You didn't have to filter the blob box. But she was fast and did provide summer information. There was information that was on my checklist. There wasn't correct and I felt that you didn't really care. Service was o k she did a best how come back anyway

I don’t think they did anything special to my car. I went there for oil change and the guy told us the type of oil needed for my car then he used funnel to put oil in my car. He didn’t check my tires, didn’t clean my windscreens . There was another person that was rude and they were just laughing distracting the guy that was changing my oil. He forgot to give me my sticker until I asked for it. I’m not really satisfied with the service provided. The place used to be good but now is a mess.

Worker there was rude as hell to me. Yelled at at me and just making rude comments. Will never be spending another dime at this location. I see that another customer left a 1 star about this worker as well

I visited this outlet on 10/23/24. I was attended to by Richard & Irene. They were so professional at the same time amiable, courteous and helpful . They took time to explain stuffs to me. I was very satisfied with their service. I highly applaud them.

I will visit again. They couldn’t service me this time due to a small issue with my car. However, Richard was very thorough with explaining the situation. And he also made sure to check out my tires before I left. Great customer service all around.

They are not lying abt the 10 minute oil change, I've been going here for abt 3 yrs now and I'm always in n out in 10 mins. I always go in the mornings tho so I wouldn't know abt the afternoons or evenings.

They didnt have my filter but went their way to get the one i needed. The oil change was fast and the guys where very educated on what they were doing. Also helped some damage on the bottom of my car . I really appreciate it . I shall return.
