Tae and Zane did an excellent job!! This was my second visit and they are always very nice and knowledgeable. They get the job done quickly and efficiently, with the highest level of expertise and no hassle whatsoever! It was an all around great experience with great service at an affordable price!

Employees were fantastic, but the company doesn’t listen to the employees. In this location they do not provide heat when it’s freezing cold outside. It doesn’t help employees morale therefore hurts customers.

Great experience. They don’t use smoke and mirrors when it comes to their coupons. Other companies I have used add on fees after the coupon discount. Overall friendly quick and professional.

I normally have a great experience here but this visit was just not hitting the mark. The guy helping me was trying to be friendly but didn't seem to know any of the answers to questions I asked about my car and when the other guys worked on my car, they didn't check the filters or anything until I requested it. I had to ask about what services were going into what I was paying for, when normally the team would go over it beforehand. The person I called beforehand to make sure my filter was in stock was also extremely rude and dismissive. I've never had these issues before with Strickland and I usually prefer them over other oil change places but this visit was extremely disappointing.

No waiting great service friendly service. Tay did an excellent job of explaining the oil and fuel products available to customers. Details of what the products do for your engine that other companies don’t inform you of.

If you are looking for people that will tell you one thing and then do another this is the place… I went in for an oil change in the car that I use for business. I have put over 100,000 miles on this car and I’ve always had my oil changed at Honda world in Louisville. I was running short for time so I decided to give them my business However, the next day, my engine started making noise which it has never done in the entire time that I’ve owned the car and drive it around the country. So I took it into Honda and I was told that they did not properly fill up the oil and that there was water inside of oil tank. After paying for a new oil change at Honda world as soon as I started up my car, the engine noise was gone and I have drove 750 miles with no issues. I spoke with their corporate office and their regional manager, both of which did not want to admit to any mistakes were wrongdoing… during my conversation with the regional manager, they told me on the phone they’d be more than willing to give me my money back as a check however, they responded 10 minutes later, telling me that was no longer going to be possible. Be very careful doing business with these people they will tell you one thing over the phone and then write you an email telling you something else. Very bad management and business practice.
