As a woman, I do not recommend this place. I was talked down to and treated like they thought I was stupid. This was my first visit there and I will not be back. I was at the New Cut location about a month ago. You are stuck in your car while they change your oil and so in warmer weather you have to keep your windows down. That meant that one of the guys helping me kept bothering me with questions about my life. That was annoying, but the more frustrating thing was that I asked them to put air in my tires because the low air pressure light had come on in my car. They didn't do it, so I asked about it again. The guy who'd been talking my ear off the whole time gave me a little lecture about how those lights are always wrong and my tires looked fine. He didn't check the pressure, just came to that conclusion on his own. He did put air in 2 of my tires after I asked about it the 2nd time, but then this morning the air pressure light is back on in my car because he didn't do all of them. Extremely annoying. Literally any other oil change place checks your tires as part of their routine process.

The guys did an awesome job, I didn’t even know they check my windshield washer fluid, and my coolant as an extra service. That was unexpected but worth it. Definitely coming back again. I was offered a bottle of water upon arrival. That’s something you don’t see from other places.
