This place used to be reputable until this company took over! Oil levels incorrect, oil drain plugs only finger tight left leaking, oil filters barley screwed on. Leaking oil, messed up my $60000 new driveway. Don't ever go here.

This was the worst oil change experience I have ever had. They did not seem to know exactly what they were doing and only changed the oil in my car. They did not top off fluids, check tire pressure or check any lights. I even asked for them to take off the oil change warning and they gave me a piece of paper and told me to do it myself. The price was also just as much as any other full service oil change facility. I will never take my car to any SB oil change facility again!

These guys are great. Got offered a water, checked my tires upon request, and were soooo friendly. No wait at this one. They made sure and showed me the before and after on my overdue oil change. Highly recommend this location.

After reading the story of what happened to John Boels wife when getting an oil change here, I will definitely not go here. Sounds like terrible customer service.
