Talk about customer service!!! These men are awesome!! They checked my tires and my lights! This will be the only place I will ever go for an oil change!

The service was fast and the employees were friendly. They provided necessary information in a professional manner. It was extremely cold and they were equally busy but still handled their tasks with care. I would recommend Strickland Brothers over other Oil Change Services because they actually stick to the ‘10 minute oil change’ where other places say that and generally take 20-30 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Fastest oil change I've ever gotten. You are in and out in 10 minutes. That's topping of all your fluids doing, your tires... Everything!!! Definitely recommend it!!

Fast service friendly tells you other things. That was wrong with your vehicle. If need be as well as free bottle water, they are the only ones that change my oil. I appreciate the gentleman there!!!!!!

Given that you can't see everything they do, but can see the new filter being selected and the new oil bring poured in, they manage to inspire confidence, right down to the point of being shown the new oil on the dipstick at the full mark. Very satisfied they did it right.

Just had my oil changed at Strickland Brothers on Preston Hwy in Louisville, Ky. Normally I wouldn’t even think of reviewing a quick change but the service was phenomenal. Pat and Steven were super helpful, super friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. Even gave me a bottled water which I definitely didn’t expect. After this experience, I can’t imagine taking my business anywhere but Strickland Brothers!

First time in and I can promise it won’t be the last. There was only one gentleman working so I was a little concerned but my fears were quickly squashed. He did a better job than any Valvoline I’ve been to. Greeted me with water . Actively showed me each thing he was doing and actually topped off all my tires and fluids AND didn’t hassle me about every little companion product “I needed to have”. He made recommendations and even suggested where I could find the part they didn’t carry currently. MY MAIN GUY EVEN offered to put it on for me if I was back in the area. This guy did the work of five other people, in less time. Great way to finally do something I’ve been putting off.
