If i could give ZERO starts I would. I spent over a month trying to order 10 simple switches. I kept getting the run around saying that they're working on them and this person was sick and that person got fired. I understand all that. What i don't understand is that i had to call every time to check on them. Even after i was told that they would go to the higher ups and get this resolved for me i still never received a phone call. I was told that they would be delivered Thursday - Friday so that i can install them for the weekend. Never received them and was never contacted about them even after all the calls i made trying to get this ball rolling so i can get the switches. Will not nor will i suggest doing business with them again. Poor communication and can't complete a simple order. only thing they said to say was that they can refund me the money i already paid for to have them. I even offered to pay extra to have them here before the weekend but i was assured they would arrive before the weekend.

Best customer service. We buy all our utv clutch tools, whip lights, switches race harnesses and more from stv. They also built us a custom cnc plasma table. Always a pleasure to visit the shop.

These guys had the exact LED toggle switches I needed, ordered on line came within 5 days. Small error made in my order made one phone call and 3 days later all was fixed. great product and the best customer service that I have experienced in a while.

I have to say that the customer service is excellent. My harnesses arrived the next day and are better than I expected. Tonya went out of her way to help me when I accidentally ordered the wrong style harness. They look great, work perfectly and are so much easier to adjust than my original pair. I highly recommend this business.

I've bought a lot of products from STV over the past few years and they've always worked flawlessly. Recently I had a switch go bad so I reached out to their customer support. Tonya is so quick and responsive and goes above and beyond to resolve issues. I'll always purchase from them whenever possible. Thank you!

Last year I was given a lightbar combo. I ordered my brackets from amazon and I'm finally finding time to get to my truck. The screw broke off flush in the endcap. I tracked down the company that sells them, STV intending to purchase a new endcap. The woman that answers the phone is responding to my call as if its an inconvenience. She informs me that unless I purchased it directly from them that she cannot help me. She will not check the part number against their numbers to verify and says they have accounts on eBay and Amazon BUT they will not provide parts or service for those items. I find this to be poor customer service as well as less than favorable business practice.

Excellent company to do business with! Ordered some harnesses for my RZR and once we got them we didn't like how they fit. Contacted STV and spoke with James. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy! I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends who are looking for harnesses. Will definitely do more business with them!!!

I did an online order with this company. Turns out I messed up on the order. The totally went out of their way to email me and go thru the order with me. Great experience with these guys! They have an outstanding fabrication department along with some great customer service! Only shop around I trust working on my UTV plus their turn around time is always so quick. Highly recommend!
