I had my old legacy serviced here since moving to BR and they always did a great job. I recently got the opportunity to get a new vehicle and the purchasing experience was great. Michael Babin, Mr Terry and the rest of the team were extremely informative, professional and really made the process clear and quick! I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and happier to have stayed with the Subaru family.

I don't think it's very consumer friendly to deny service to someone because of exhaust modifications. I spent 34k on a car at this dealership just for them to turn me away. It's just bad customer service, and it's lazy.

Can't say enough good things about this Subaru Service Department. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Even though I am currently stationed in San Antonio I wait until I'm back in the area to get work done here. Jack and Cory are top notch.

I went with a friend who was having battery problems with one she had installed by this dealership just a week over a year ago. The service rep kept telling her there was no warranty on the battery and that she'd have to pay over $250 to get a new one. After a long back-and-forth with the rep, my friend spoke to the Service Manager who told both us and the employee that the battery was fully covered and there would be no charge! Thank goodness he was there or my friend would've been cheated out of a lot of money. I wonder how many people have been ripped-off by either uneducated or unscrupulous employees? We won't be back nor will I buy a Subaru in the future.

I felt like this team went above and beyond for me in a moment of need. I’d just purchased a used 2015 Subaru Forester (from a Houston dealer) and had put less than 3,000 miles on it (it had about 114k or so miles on it when I bought it) and had taken it on its first real road trip from Houston when the transmission started having issues, pretty much an hour before I'd hit Baton Rouge to visit my brother. I had my mother, sister and 9-yr old nephew in tow. We didn't know it then, but the transmission had called it quits. There were funny smells and noises...not good. One of their customer service reps, Ashley, is the sweetest kindest human being -- she helped and reassured me each step of the way and took the extra time to explain the safety features in the loaner vehicle while they looked into what was going on with my SUV. Yes, the transmission was done for. Your team was so kind and thorough that your service manager called and spoke to the Subaru headquarters and even though it was over the 100k extended warranty for the transmission, they agreed to send a new one out, even though it was now about 16k miles past that. I was floored. I could barely believe the generosity and am so grateful to your team and to Subaru for being so kind and helping me out of a tight spot. There were some other repairs, but I only paid a small fraction of it due to the generosity of everyone involved. Even though I was somewhat stranded in Louisiana, everything felt easy, I felt so taken care of, I had a lovely loaner car and your team is just so very nice, some of the nicest people I’ve met in service. Ashley, the one who was helping me as I was trying (somewhat unsuccessfully) not to freak out over the situation, continued to help me as I discovered that the windshield washer fluid tank was cracked when I arrived back in Houston. I have never felt more taken care of and generously assisted, so I wanted to make sure that everyone that was there who assisted in anyway gets a big, heartfelt THANK YOU from me. I am eternally grateful for your team’s professionalism, thoroughness and kindness. I wish I had everyone’s names to thank them directly, but I hope you’ll pass this on and let them know that they’ve made a huge difference in my life, seriously. This was great confirmation to me that being a part of the Subaru family was the right choice. Very happy with the Subaru BR team :)
