I was able to make a same day appointment and then adjusted the time for a more convenient time on the same day. They were prompt and their communication was second to none. I was absolutely happy with this experience. I would highly recommend Subaru of Wichita for your automotive needs.

Great experience. Service department is friendly and explained work done. Nice video of inspection of vehicle by tech who shows review of car and any concerns. Clean waiting area with nice coffee and soda machines and snacks.

I took my Subaru in for regular maintenance. To find I needed some additional work. Allana was very courteous about explaining what this process cost and what these parts do in my car. I explained I drove a school bus and would begin my day before the shuttle driver could take me to work and my day didn’t end till six thirty of an evening. Allana assured me that wasn’t a problem that she would have a loaner car available for me to leave my car for the work to be done. Also I so appreciated Allana sending me texts on the status of repairs on my car and when my car was done. All In All I enjoyed working with a kind women. Will ask for Allana next visit.

Owen is great! He communicates very well with whatever is going on with your vehicle and goes above and beyond constantly. The techs videos are informative and helpful when making decisions on what to fix. I highly recommend this service department. I never leave feeling taken advantage of. They are all amazing and friendly.

I had a front axle boot crack and start leaking while on a trip from Georgia to Colorado. The team at Subaru of Wichita got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock and estimated a two day delivery time frame. Luckily it had minimal leakage and they advised that I could continue driving as long as I got it fixed as soon as possible. This was a warranty repair. I was very pleased with their quick response. The dealership also had a very comfortable waiting area. I'll add that it might have been a much longer wait for the part than two days due to a multi day snow closure of I-70. Overall a good experience at Subaru of Wichita.

Great experience! Have my car in to fix the oil leak under the warranty,people over there are really nice and the way they working with me really nice also,have the car in in the morning at 8:30and get it out arround 5:30pm,pretty much all day but with nice people like that and they know what they doing,i don’t mind at all,tks again! Probably be back in the future!

I am and will always be a Subaru fan for life! I have had two, what I would call miraculous experiences, with Subaru customer service in helping me with a situation that they didn't have to. Subaru cares about their people. I tell anyone and everyone to get a Subaru, they will not regret it!

Amazing experience, the lovely lady on the phone have managed to squeeze my appointment 2 days early which I really appreciate! The members of the team was very professional and offered me a loaner car when my car need to stay overnight. Great team at subaru as always. Definitely recommend!

Kobie was fantastic! Also Terrell and Lester were great, too! And mechanics did a superb job! We were on cross country trip and they all made our day much better and car runs fine now.
