Hello guys. I would like to update my review for these guys. I only gave a 5 star rating because I wanted my vehicle fixed properly. And I must say, that "one - half" of the ownership at this location ( the bearded one ). Has a very poor sense of professionalism. He yelled at me, he was rude and overall unprofessional. So with that being said. I have changed my rating to 1 star, for that reason. He also asked me if I could change my rating. Like I said, I did. Only for the reason that I explained earlier. So hopefully this will help someone navigate through these " mechanic shops ". Thanks, and take care. ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! I was not satisfied. Like I explained before. I just wanted to get my vehicle back at the lowest price possible. Just to get it out of there ( cause I've heard the stories of you all keeping the customers vehicles until they pay a price that wasn't discussed prior ). And it's not based on my feeling. It's based on the poor " professionalism " in which you present to your customers. And to be clear, it was the shorter of the 2 owners that was rude (I think he has a beard ). I didn't even care to remember his name. That's how BAD the service was with him. Just read some of the reviews. So many people can't be lying. And to speak on the " electrical " issue. You say yourself that your mechanic found the solution by accident. Remember it was a short in A single wire. Again, that you all found by accident. And you still charge me as if you had to replace a major part or something. You really need to re-your approach to your customers. After all, we're the ones that keeps your " business " afloat. JUST DO BETTER !!! AND YOU WON'T KEEP GETTING THESE TYPES OF REVIEWS !!! I've had others as well tell me the EXACT same thing when they dealt with you guys. I wish I would've known before they did. Cause I would have advised them not to do business with you. I hope you realize this before it ruins your business. And anyone that knows me, know that this isn't my typical approach to bad situations. But this is ridiculous. And he's still trying to save face by arguing his point with me. He's always trying to explain away his point of view with no accountability. And yells at you if you disagree. Compassion goes a very loooong way. Smh !!! For anyone reading this. This conversation should serve as reminder of the attitude you should expect when dealing with these guys. Accountability.. Accountability.. Accountability !!! Just do right by your customers. And you'll see the difference, I promise.

I was more than impressed with service that was done to my vehicle at Surburban Car & Truck. I drive a foreign SUV and went to the dealership, and was given the run around. I over paid for less than stellar parts and repair, but at SCT they thoroughly reviewed the issues with my car that was a significant cost savings... I just found my new mechanic. Friendly and professional....

Highly recommend! We were traveling through town with a diesel van/RV and had a fuel leak. The staff at this garage did not hesitate in getting us in and addressing the issue, even though they had a full docket of repairs for the day. We were safely on the road again in two hours. Other places said you’ll just have to leave the van and wait. This garage went above and beyond in helping a traveler passing through. If I lived here, they would do all my service!

My experience was absolutely great!! They saved me a great deal of money that the dealer was going to charge me double for and even misdiagnosed. The staff was very courteous, efficient and literally had my vehicle for less than an hour. I would most definitely recommend them!!!

This shop had my truck for Four months, and still couldn’t figure out what was going on and didn’t fix anything! I went to pick my truck up today to get towed and they left the whole inside of my truck in pieces never use them prices are ridiculous!

Horrible experience! Very rude and took advantage of the fact that I’m a 19 year old female. I was overcharged and they took my part and told me it was missing so I was forced to replace it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

Terrible communication. Got yelled at over the phone by the owner Jay due to the project taking longer than he expected. They then raised the price once the cars were done and wouldn’t let me leave unless I paid additional $200. Threatened me and drove me to the atm to withdraw $200. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
