SAVE YOUR MONEY! This shop has terrible communication and takes forever to do simple repairs. Asked them to check my turbo and any other issues on my vehicle. They just changed the turbo without checking other issues. Heads on my engine blew and now my car is out due to their negligence. Mechanics told me they could have been blown and if checked would have saved me the money I spent on the turbo. Another mechanic also said they could have placed the turbo on incorrectly causing the engine to go. They wanted me to wait a week to bring it back in and refused to give me a portion of my money back ($1700). GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALS!

I was referred to Success by a coworker because she always had her car serviced there. This year my son’s car was running hot and I called Mr. Kevin to explain and told me to tell my son bring the car. My son brought his car there and he practically stayed the whole day. I’m going to make a long story short. Please don’t bring your car there to get serviced at all. I thought Mr. Kim (being sarcastic)😡 He lied 🤥 and gave me lying excuses to me about when my son could bring his car in. If he didn’t want to serve my son’s car, he didn’t have to lie. He quoted me $2,000 for the whole repair and he wanted me to pay with cash. This is the first thing that came to my mind, does he do this with all people of color!😡 He showed me his “TRUE COLORS!” Go to true professionals to get your car serviced and not to a “Liar.” A person like that can’t be trusted because he’s a bold-face liar! 🤥

This place was recommended on a message board I follow. Daughter's car had issues starting and apparently electric issues. I had her go to Autozone and O'Reilly's to check the battery and they both said it was fine. I had her go by Success Auto Tech. They looked at the vehicle right away even though they were very busy. They diagnosed the battery as the issue. Had it replaced and the car is no working great. Also, the other shops identified two fault codes, but the shop re scanned and said they were not present after the battery change. Highly recommend this shop. Helpful and honest.

A friend recommended them after I tried a few other places, with no success. I got an accurate diagnosis at no charge, they repaired my vehicle at 80 bucks above the cost of the part. I was done in 1 hour, I have a 1yr warranty on the work. My vehicle runs better than ever. I'm so happy with the service I received. I will definitely return for future repairs and maintenance.
