Jason and his team at Sudden Impact Collision in Indy are Amazing! We took our car to have hail damage repair done from the hail storms this past summer. After the work was completed, our car looked brand new !! His team was kind, detail oriented, customer focused and gave a fair price for excellent work. Should our vehicles need body work in the future, Sudden Impact will be our go to provider!

Jason and crew at Sudden Impact Collision were superb throughout the process of getting my vehicle in to get some non-insurance auto body work. I called about front passenger side fender work on my 2021 Camry and was able to drop by to get a quick estimate with no wait. The price was better that all the other shops I visited, and Jason was thorough in answering my questions about the process and parts. I was able to get it in two weeks later and work was finished within a week. Final results were excellent with no issues on any of it. I would heavily suggest getting work done here if you're looking for a local auto body shop on the Southside.

Dave and his crew at Sudden Impact are as good as it gets. Got my truck fixed up good as new after it was broken into and were more than accommodating through the entire process. They took my truck right in, and had repairs done in short order. Will be using them for everything from here on out and can certainly recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again fellas!

They told me my car would be ready on Thursday and Thursday comes and nobody called me so I called them and they told me there had been a part not shipped. They weren’t courteous enough to call me to give me an update. Then they said it would be Tuesday. Nothing. No call. Had to call them, and they told me Friday. Friday rolls around, still nothing.I called them and they said yes it’s ready and I asked him why didn’t he call and let me know and then he hung up on me.

Full disclosure, the owner of this shop is my brother in law. However, if they did not do top notch work and were not honest, I would not go there regardless of family tie. They are straight up honest, will not tell that you need work that you do not need. I have 2 Tahoes that each have over 250 thousand miles on them and they keep them going for me. Everyone I come in contact with down thete is polite and does what they can to help get you back on the road. Body work is amazing, true artistry. Prices are more than fair. Shop is clean.
