Ramiro is the kind of mechanic I’ll keep coming back to no matter what. He and his team are so sweet, always reliable and take the time to explain everything to me so I understand exactly what’s being done. 11/10, if you want a trustworthy and honest mechanic, this is the place to go without a doubt!!

Watch out for this guy. I believe he misdiagnosed my issues purposely. Brought my vehicle in with steering wheel vibration at 60 mph and told me I needed all new rotors for about $1300. I decided not to go with him and get a second opinion he charged me about $100 for the “” diagnosis. The reason I know he did it on purpose is because the other Mechanic was honest and all he had to do is jack up the front end and put a guide rod alongside both tires and rotate them to clearly see there was simply just an imperfection in one of the tires causing the issue. Now, If he would have told me the truth, how much money do you think he would’ve made? Exactly, nothing else. Shame on you, Victor. Shame on you. PS. If in the remote chance that you did not lie, you should not be taking people’s money if you and your guys aren’t competent enough to diagnose such a simple problem.

Exceptional service, amazing staff, and great work done. They got me in same-day on a VERY snowy Saturday after several other mechanics and dealers told me it'd be at least 3 days before they could look at my car. Half the price of the dealer for an engine diagnostics, had the parts in stock, and the repairs were done within 2-hours of the diagnosis. My wife and I live about a block and a half away and they DROVE us to-and-from the shop since the weather was so bad. 10/10 would recommend.

I called to get my windshield replaced, a nice gentleman named Arturo came and replaced it with no problem and windshield looks brand new straight from dealership, 10/10 def recommend this company 👍🏽

I have been to Summit Auto three times now, an oil change on both cars, and a timing belt replacement on the Subaru Forester. Ron has been extremely helpful and available when we needed the oil changes. He explains everything before hand so you know what is going on. After our oil changes he recommended to get the timing belt changed on the Subaru to prevent future damage. I did some research and turns out if the timing belt isn't replaced soon enough, the whole engine can fall apart. He was able to get the timing belt switched out with a new one right at the quotes price he gave me, and quicker than we had expected! Overall Ron is a great guy to work with and an amazing automotive mechanic.
