I was there about 2 weeks ago and i just came for a oil change... I know my car and i knew that my car was in good shape when i brought my car into the establishment... So with that being said they told me towards the end of my oil change that i was leaking brake fluid from my brake caliber.... I was kinda confused because I've been driving my car a lot and i haven't had any problems braking... So i took my car to my "Personal" Mechanic👨‍🔧 and he check☑ everything and told me their wasn't a brake leak at all..... So i kinda figure they were LYING to me which i was right and now i feel upset because they were always a place i thought that was Trust worthy... But not as I thought.... Moral of the story... Don't lie to your customers... Just to squeeze $800 bucks of my hard earned money... Never coming back 😎💯

Highly Recommend!! Truman & Ryan, along with all the technicians at Sumner's are the best!! Friendly, professional, and personable, you don't just feel like another customer, they show you that they really care. My questions are answered clearly and confidently. Sumner's has worked on my 2008 Maxima several times for different repairs, and they have went above and beyond to help keep me and my children safely rolling on the city streets! You won't get this type of treatment at a chain shop. I greatly appreciate the service I receive from Sumner's.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. A good friend of mine always bragged about and recommended them and came to find out he was right. Been there 2 times now and totally impressed. While nobody likes spending money especially on car repairs I feel like they did a great job and more than competitively priced. The work was done both times much faster than I anticipated and was even ready for. The staff was also very nice and easy to work with. Thanks guys!!!

I took my Lexus in for a transmission flush originally that was completely following day later to find out I had a misfire asked if they can take of that and was completed following day as well. Along with more honesty excellent service thank you!

BEYOND the best experience. Very good on communication! Before they worked on my car they gave me a call explained everything that needed to be replaced . Very Accommodating they worked with my schedule ! Reasonable prices ! Good used parts! Bella ( My Car )is now back on the road

Just bought a 2017 Mazda CX5 and asked these guys to do a used vehicle inspection. My tire pressure light was on but the pressure would read as normal, only complaint. Get my keys back and they tell me all four TPMS sensors are dead and my rear brake pads are “at 30% and need to be replaced in the next 5,000 miles.” Called my dad up to borrow his garage, pull those wheels off and my pads are BRAND new. Asked Ryan if he’d like to explain that to me and he just told me he wasn’t sure why I was told that. He looked at my car himself…. Totally have to wonder if it’s because I walked in alone as a young woman—- I’m returning the pads I bought to do it my damn self and getting my pressure sensors looked at elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!! THANK*YOU*SO*MUCH!!!!
