Fast, honest, and high-quality work. I brought my car in for general maintenance, and they installed new valve gaskets and fixed faulty headlight connections in less than a day. They also discovered and repaired an issue with my suspension that makes the ride smoother than ever in my ‘06 Saab 9-3!

This shop would have been given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact they scammed me on the cost of an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change itself was $69.99 and the tire rotation was $165!!!! That’s absurdly priced as I called around to other shops after the fact to which they informed me I was overcharged. Most shops have a tire rotation included in the price of the oil change.

do not feel like i would get ripped off here. friendly staff, very accommodating! came here for an oil change on my scooter, while they don’t specialize in motorcycle care and all the staffs were super helpful!

Excellent service at a fair price We have been a loyal customers to Sun and Hugo and his family for nearly 20 years. Yesterday, I brought my 2015 Honda Pilot with 115,000 miles in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me when it would be ready and it was finished as promised. Last year they diagnosed an oil leak and quickly fixed it. They have helped me over the yearswith new tires, new batteries, brake pads and rotors, and other maintenance items. My wife and I will continue to return for all our auto needs.

I brought my car in because it was overheating and died , I asked just my car to run again so they said it was the radiator , and thermostat & they fixed the radiator and as a "safety" job they Added 20 other things. My car is making screches and thumping now and rears off to the left (But its safe)?. I cant do nothing unless i buy "new tires" as i was told . My total was about $2300 .. Friendly people. But just make sure you bring a mechanic or know about cars because yu might lose out on money and more money to fix "new'' issues.

They were thorough with their work. Super responsive when I called and Hugo was even patient with me when I provided the wrong part for the repair and allowed me to run out and grab the correct one. Service was fast and painless. Would definitely recommend them.

I called at 2 pm on a Thursday because my car had started making a weird noise. By the end of the day, NOT ONLY was my car fixed and ready to be picked up, the cost was extremely reasonable. This is also my second similar experience here. Both times I've been over-the-moon satisfied. Being a single woman with a luxury car unfortunately means that I've been taken advantage of by mechanics before. I have never once felt that way from the employees here. They know their jobs very, very well. Would absolutely recommend!!

Over time, I have taken 4 high mileage vehicles to Sun. They have always provided great service at a good price and give great advice - including telling me to get rid of one car because it had reached the point it was going to cost me more than it was worth to keep it on the road.

Had issues with my car not starting or holding charge. The gentleman on the phone explained whats wrong and what would need to be fixed. Straight to the point, no bs. Got my car fixed and everything is working like a charm since.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the gentleman on the phone was very kind and friendly. We decided I would drop my car off at the beginning of the day. The pricing was fair and they were finished before the morning ended. I would definitely come back again.

5 star ratings?.. Are you serious?! How? My experience here was no where close to even a 2 star rating. If you have a whole day to let your car sit there and to only come across arrogant Hugo with a major attitude problem that he can't even back up with his work. Dude was aggressively shouting and acting like a grown man child when I came back to pick car up. He actually stared me down as I was driving out the lot. Yeah, that's really professional trying to intimidate a customer. I came here to get a overall diagnostic test and to possibly replace the battery. I dropped car off at 10:30am and 5 hours later I get a call saying that they just finished looking at it and if I wanted to change out battery. Was a bad phone connection on their end and tried calling back several times and no answer. I was told that the phones in shop were not working. So, couldn't tell them that I'm not getting a battery cause a nearby shop was almost $100 less. Go elsewhere. Even Jiffy Lube will do a more thorough job for you. Insanely overrated.

Came in for an oil change, they were super friendly and waited to eat lunch to get me out of there sooner! Even put air in my tires. Not my usual auto place but I would definitely come back.

I have visited Sun Auto Service a few times now, and have had a great experience every time I've gone. The folks at Sun Auto are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. After I found pink liquid leaking from under my hood, Hugo informed me I needed a radiator and thermostat replacement, and managed to get the work done same day. I have brought my vehicle there ever since, and recommend it to anyone that I can!
