Went in for an axle back exhaust inspection. Literally to just make sure it was installed correctly and fix a potential alignment issue. An hour later, they changed my oil without telling me and billed me $100 for it. Exhaust not touched at all. Did not need or want an oil change. I had just changed my own oil 2 weeks before this. They just did it and billed me and didn't fix what I asked for. Typical mechanics always trying to scam you.

I went to get an oil change because they offered a free tire rotation, even though it was more expensive. The receipt says they did it, but when I got home, I saw that the tires were in the same position. I can tell because there’s damage on one of the front wheels. Next time, I’ll just go to the dealer instead. 🥹

My check engine light was on for the 2nd time this year (ugh) I called around and Josh was the nicest person I had talked to all morning. Sun Auto on Buffalo not only had patience with me but also checked everything I asked for as well. Appreciate yall kindness!

We did a walk in and was able to get the work done within an hour. All checks were made on the maintenance items and the total cost was $81.00 including the oil change. This is my new permanent auto repair shop.

Josh has always been most helpful with having my vehicles repaired and quickly as it is my only vehicle to transport my boys. He always engages with the warranty through Carnax and helps me with financing for the copays. I appreciate the work done at Sun Auto and always take my vehicles there.

Brought my truck in to repair a blown fuse. They did it in a timely matter for under 40$. For reference I contacted a nearby Ted Wiens and they said they would charge 200$ for diagnostics which is a money grab considering I knew what the problem was. I am so glad I went with Sun Auto Service, these guys are not here to rip you off. I highly recommend.

I had a severe issue with my battery leaking battery acid, I went as a walk in to get my car fixed. Josh was awesome. They fixed my car same day within a couple of hours and the best part as always, it did not break my bank. I will be going back for future repairs.

Such a great experience at this sun auto unlike the one on 3540 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044! Got me into the vehicle bay asap and was in and out within an hour! Don’t get me started with the other location just never go there whatsoever!
