Took my car in for a new motor mounts and new battery. Mike was great, good communication kept me posted along the way. He quoted and finished the work just as stated. No surprises. Even got the final price below expected quote. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Bobby as well helping along the way. Thx again! See you guys again for the recommended noted items next month.

I made an appointment today at Sun Auto on Rome Blvd. for an oil change at 4pm. They got me in right on time, quoted me a time of an hour to an hour an a half. My car was done right at 5pm. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

Mike at Sun Auto was amazing! My car wouldn’t start the day before, and since it was after hours, I had no options. Luckily, it started the next morning, so I called and Mike answered. He listened to what was going on and said, “Why don’t you bring it in? We’ll run a quick diagnostic and figure it out.” He suspected it might be the battery, so I headed over. As soon as I got there, they took a look, confirmed the issue, and had a plan in place immediately. I was in and out in just 45 minutes! Everyone was so friendly and genuine-they really cared about getting me back on the road safely without any unnecessary upselling. Such a relief to find a shop with honest, approachable people. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Just a bit over priced. They charge you $200 just for diagnostics and it doesn’t apply toward what’s being worked on. They were charging me $2300 for motor mounts. Went to a different place that charged me marginally cheaper.

I chose this place based on reviews but as a woman it’s never easy finding a place you can trust. To start off they told me it would be $200 to just analyze my car to see why my warning lights were triggered. I asked if they would apply that to service and they said no. When they called to tell me what the analysis picked up they wanted to charge me almost $500 for a sensor that typically lasts for 80-150k miles. My car had 23k. I would just think that it would prompt additional investigation but this crew did nothing other than to tell me it was saying it was a faulty sensor and needed replacing. The gentleman on the phone continued to talk over me as I asked questions. I called another repair location and they quoted half the price, but also mentioned that they would check a few other areas first as that sensor issue wasn’t so common and could be a leak in a hose etc. I won’t be going back.

Had a great experience as always. I have been going to them since we moved here in 2014. They are friendly and don't try to sell you services that you don't need. Today I just had routine maintenance done.

I have always done my own auto repairs for years up until computers came into being. I searched for a reliable, reasonable, and above all honest shop to maintain and work on my vehicles and Sun Auto on Rome in Las Vegas fit my needs and checked off all the boxes. They have serviced and repaired 5 of my vehicles and I have never been let down. Thank you Bobby and the rest of the staff that have kept me and my family safe on the road.

This shop has 10 slots and a lot of good workers they had my alternator taken out and put in within 2 and a 1/2 hours they did not overcharge me or anything this place is the best for all your automotive needs

Went back for my 100,000 mile service. Done in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Ask for a senior discount of you qualify. I had been in about three weeks ago prior to a trip. I was going to get the transmission done then, but they told me I was a little early for it. Replaced my plugs and serpentine belt, recharged the AC and replaced the cabin air filter.

sun Auto is great and I and my family members use them for all types of repairs
