I have thought about leaving this review for some time. But I have to let this business know how they made me feel. They have done great work on all my vehicles since I moved to the area 18 months ago. When something requires adjustments and testing, they have been helpful in ensuring everything is done correctly; that is until now. While adjusting alignment, we continued to discover wheel issues. I would correct those then come back to see how the alignment is effected. All the while, under the assumption that the job is not yet complete (thank you James). Finally we are all set and just need to zero in the front and back end alignment. My vehicle requires test drives match real world experience with computer adjustments. Apparently this is now something that they are not willing to do. Instead, when the mechanic comes to take me on the drive and hand me latest report, it is taken out of his hand and I am told I have to pay first. I’m good with paying. That’s not an issue. My issue is the manner this was done. It was abrupt and forceful. The be clear, this was not James. He was not even in the office. Once paid, I got the feeling that Sun Auto was no longer interested in ensuring my satisfaction. I do not feel welcome, nor do I feel comfortable to return. Side note… my alignment is still not correct, but at least they got their money.

James did an amazing job on my car. He communicated very well and was able to fix the issues quickly. He also received compliments from my insurance company for being very helpful and quick to be available. Sun Auto's entire team has always been helpful from minor to large issues.

Great job by Sun Auto Service on our BMW X5M cooling system. I was a return customer and will definitely be going back when we require service on both our cars. I highly recommend Sun to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.

Disappointing that an appointment made online didn’t make a difference in wait time. I was told by Hector that they don’t really do appointments for inspections. I said that the website clearly had “Inspection” specifically to click on to make an appt. It would be great if the customer is informed that they aren’t really making an appointment, they are essentially just informing Sun Auto that they will be showing up and hopefully Sun Auto isn’t too busy at that time to do the “schedule” inspection.

I would highly recommend Sun Care Auto on 23711 WIH 10, San Antonio,Tx. The engine overheated on IH 10 by Dezavala on my Chevy cruz . Sun Auto arrived within 15 minutes and towed my car and was fixed by 1pm by the next day. Sun Auto was quick to respond and I am just thankful for their auto expertise and the price was very reasonable. I also want to thank Hector and Thomas . I really appreciate your help!
