I went in to have my headlight replace and had it replaced quickly and efficiently. Steve and his staff are consummate professionals who are experts in their craft. They are the definition of customer first which leads to loyal customers that will always go back. Keep up the good work and I will be back when I'm back in town for any auto services. Thank you Steve! Update: 2/14/24: Eli is the new manager and was a life saver. I was driving from Chicago and had to replace the timing belt in the engine. The team were quick to see all the other issues with my car and they used high quality parts to replace my old ones. Definitely worth every penny and have a lifelong customer with me. Update: 11/19/24: Richard and Steve are awesome and made sure that I was taken care of. Customer service is top notch here and will continue to do business with this location.

I had a flat and had my car towed to Sun Auto. They had one tire in inventory and informed me they were closing early due to inclement weather. Two individuals agreed to stay after closing and wait for my car to arrive. They changed my tire and sent me on my way. Sun Auto personnel went above and beyond to help me. This type of service is very much appreciated and rare to find.

I took our 2021 Honda HR-V in to have a tire plugged/patched. I gave my key to Steve (Asst. Manager) to have my service completed and I went out to the customer rest/waiting area and started calling for new car insurance quotes and before I knew it, I back over to the register (where Steve was) and I noticed that my car was parked in a difference space. I looked at Steve and said, “You finished…he was like, “yeap!” and I was like,”man that was quit!” Dope service Fast but awesome work Polite too!

Last year I took my car here under MaxCare warranty. It took them several attempts to fix an issue with the heat/cooling system and I ended up not taking it back a fourth time since it was just wasting my time. Then I later took it to a new shop and the thing they say they "fixed" wasn't fixed. MaxCare wouldn't pay the new body shop since they already paid Sun Auto for this "repair" so I'm out a total of $581. Scam artists. Avoid this place, save your money and time and go somewhere else that will actually fix the issue instead of trying to bleed warranty company and not do the work.

Had to change this review only because after an oil change I found big drops of oil on my radiator grill, wanted front pads checked...period. My rear brakes were no squeaking , now they are because the opened them up to give me a 1600 hundred dollar quote. Now as for the oil guess the birds craped oil on the grill because one one there did it, of which I had no trust on the person doing the oil change. Steve does not admit any wrong doing or is it because I'm a woman of age ? I'm not an idiot when it comes to cars since this is not my first one or my last. Guess they don't want my business and I shouldn't go through this treatment. NEVER AGAIN BE CAREFUL LADIES

Steve is the best!!!! Brought in my vehicle a couple of times to Sun Auto Service and they are honestly the best in the city! Always able to fit me in and get me home on time with reasonable prices as well! i wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sun Auto was efficient, knowledgeable, with outstanding Customer Service!! He explained to me the issues as well as the multiple payment options. I brought my car in early and was out by a decent time. All issues were diagnosed and fixed the same day!! Thank you Sun Auto Service!

Stole my 2004 Lincoln Navigator and offer no remedy. Saw my vehicle for sale on offer up 2 months later. After speaking with a management they only confirmed that yes it was the manager John Villarreal stole my vehicle that he claimed was not able to be fixed. I will never return or recommend sun auto for any thing

This automotive shop delivers excellent service. Although, it was a really long wait for the service I understand why that is and it is because they deliver phenomenal, top-notch and excellent service. This place is not worth your time or money, my first and last time getting an oil change from this company, for the price of an oil change one would think they would top off your fluids but nope.

Three months ago my car was overheating and my usual mechanic was slammed, so I went here. I was told my radiator was cracked right where the hose attached, and the whole radiator would need to be replaced. This was stated multiple times. I agreed to the replacement, but didn't check the printed quote (that's on me.) Fast forward to a few days ago, car started overheating again, so I took it in. I was told the radiator was cracked in the exact same place-- no problem, I gave them the invoice so I could use the warranty. The front desk guy (a different guy than the first) told me that they'd only replaced the hose and flushed the coolant, and showed me so on the invoice. So yeah. $750 for a hose replacement and flush, when I was told, in no uncertain terms, the whole radiator was being replaced. Again, my fault for not checking the printed quote against the guy's words, but still.

Nobody wants big repairs. I knew the brake repair would be costly, but SUN made me aware of my options, did the work, and got me an Uber back and forth.

Steve the Assistant Manager was very helpful in explaining our car issues and helping us get the best price we could for our repairs, timing in getting our car was excellent as well as ease w/ their shuttle service, did not have to spend time worrying how to get home or spend on and Uber

The ONLY reason I'd even give this place a star is because Steve is AMAZING. It's obvious the guys is in the shop have no clue what they're doing. I kept taking my car here over and over for my check engine light. I finally got tired of going back and took it to another place. I was advised that when suns auto took apart my car they forgot to put a seal back on. Simple fix. But annoying. Every time I kept taking it back to Suns it was another issue they forgot to do the previous time or overlooked. The only reason I kept doing business here was because Steve is awesome. But other than that, I would not recommend.

These guys are LIGHTNING fast at what they do. I’ve had to take my old beater of a car in twice in two months for different issues. Both times, they’ve been able to take the car same day I called for an appointment, and had it fixed same day or the day after.
