I took my car to Toyota services for a regular check up, they told me I needed to change a part that would cost $510 total. I then took my car to Sun Auto Service for a second opinion and they told me everything was fine with my car, they did not even charge me the inspection since I already got one at Toyota. The staff is super friendly, honest and helpful, 100% recommend!

Needed an oil change which was booked for the next day. Work completed in an hour or so with full inspection. Sun Auto is fast, friendly, and honest. Will head there for more work.

I tried multiple times to make an appointment online and despite their system saying someone would contact me to confirm, no one ever did. So I called them and they told me that they'd have plenty of mechanics on hand in the morning and to bring the car in then. I came in just before 9 AM (they said to arrive ideally between 8:30 and 9) and they again confirmed they had plenty of mechanics on hand and it'd be done quickly. Well, it took them 3 hours and 40 minutes to finish the job. In talking to the person who took my payment, he said that they actually DIDN'T have a lot of people on hand, contradicting what everyone else there had told me, and then he told me they didn't even take appointments! I told him he needs to tell his website that, because their website was sure happy to take appointment requests from me. He had no answer to this. Then he told me that if I wanted a quick oil change, I shouldn't be bringing it to a mechanic anyway! Who says such a thing to a customer? Especially when the whole reason I came in was because the company sent me a flyer for a discount on an oil change?? None of this is acceptable. I've gotten a fair amount of work done here, but won't ever be coming back. And I don't recommend anyone else come here, either, until they figure out all this nonsense out and their website stops dishonestly taking appointment requests. Ridiculous.

Best tire experience ever! I needed a spare tire mounted on a wheel I was bringing in and booked an appointment online. Their service manager Kody called me soon after to verify the details and suggested I bring the wheel in whenever I could - when I arrived he said he could handle it right away and save me a return trip. This is a great shop with great people working there, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tires or service.

I’ve gone to Sun Auto about 5-6 times now. New tires, maintenance, new breaks, oil changes and more. They always send over an electronic diagnostic before doing any major work with details pictures and a quote so I know exactly what I’m getting into before I approve work to be done. I really appreciate the transparency and the itemized receipts afterwards. Everyone on staff has always been kind and accommodating. I will continue to support sun auto and recommend them to friends looking for mechanics. Thank you!

Team and Sun Auto did a great job replacing a tire that had picked up a nail. Very efficient was even able to track down the tire from a distributor on Saturday. Had it installed under three hours at a fair price.

Came in with a slow leak at 7am. Left 2 hours later with a slow leak. Was never told how long it might be. Half the staff didn't show up and they were unable to do the job needed in a timely fashion. My advice is if you get a flat here. . Use your spare or prepare for the long haul.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are a scam. Not only did they lie and say I required additional service which another shop proved was a lie, they overfilled my AC so badly it cracked my expansion valve and O-rings and completely destroyed my AC system. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR!!

I have talked to the customer service corporate office at least 5 times. Left a review. Requested a call back. Have not heard anything. To me it appears Sun Auto Tire and Service only is concerned with their rating. Not solving problems.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and was impressed with the folks behind the counter, they were friendly and helpful. I'll be coming back again when it's time for my next service!
