I had bad experience with this place before. But decided to give it another try. Maybe different and more honest technicians. Short story. I paid about 2,000$ to get something fixed. They said they fixed it. Moment off the lot i heard the same noise i brought it in for. Check engine light came back on decided to take it back to have them fix what they should have. Now they tell me its electrical. I decided to get a different opinion. And was told to take back to them since it was under warranty. I take it back. They now say i need to replace my turbo. 3 grand later nothing is still fixed. Check engine light came on. Back firing still happening. Took it back. Now they saying i need to replace another part ovet 1,400.00 $.!!! I just paid 3 grand!!! To fix that noise 5 thousand dollars later and still not fixed!! Now they want another 1400.00! Everytime i take it for them fix something they said is wrong with my truck they find something else to charge me for! I broke as it is after 5 grand later. Now im out a vehicle for who knows how long as it is still in the shop replacing parts for the new turbo they just installed and that wasnt even installed right! I really hope the owner or someone in charge responds to this because i have had not 1 good experience there. Why did i go back. I dont know, maybe becauae they are local and tried giving them another chance. Definately will lose my business after they replace my parts under warranty that they just replacef for over 3grand!

Nothing but good things to say about Sun Devil Auto. Friendly and on the ball. You can stay and wait or leave and wait for their call. I've done both, never been disappointed. They know their stuff. Will always use them if possible. By appt during the week, 1st come 1st serve on Sat.

Oil change was done when promised and answered questions I had about other services I wanted done on my car. Will be making an appointment soon to have more maintenance done that I need.

I took my car there for a window regulator repair. They quoted me about $1,400 for this repair. I took it to 3 other shops and every other shop quoted me $600 to $700 for the same repair. Sun Devil charged me $99 for a diagnostic fee to tell me the window was broken. When you agree to pay the $99 fee, you are working under the presumption that they will quote you a fair price for the repair. I felt like they were essentially trapping me with a ridiculously high quote of over $1,400 - double price anywhere else, with the goal of either ripping me off or at worst taking my $99 (which they did). Be very careful if you go there and do your research to avoid getting taken advantage of.

After a difficult attempt to get the work done they reached out . After a conversation with Bob Ford I went back the following Saturday and was treated very well. I was pleased with the service, communication and follow up. Any business can have a bad day, but they also can have many more good ones. This is obviously the case here . They didn't lose a customer , they reached out and retained one. I will go back.

Great service plus great COUPON. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. An issue came up with a customer soiling in the bathroom and the manger handled it very well/diplomatically and cleaned the shit up himself.

I came in right before closing on a Friday with a flat tire. Frank was determined to help me the best way he could. I decided it was time to change all the tires- and although we weren’t able to fix the flat, he was ready to run to another store and grab the tires I needed. I witnessed superb teamwork and problem solving skills with top service. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed, so they placed my spare and helped problem solve to have a new set placed the following Wednesday. Thanks again, Frank, for the great service.
