So I accidentally went to the wrong location for my appointment. And it was stated that they didn't do appointments on Saturday at this specific location I arrived at, but the person who help me was very understanding and proceeded with the task. I was in and out and more informed when I left. It was a great experience. And I'll definitely be going back to them for the rest of my car's maintenance

They keep everything simple where I can understand. Very accommodating also. It is a bit more pricey than some places, but I’d pay more to get the job done right and at a timely manner. Thank you everyone at Sun Devils, you’re doing great.

Never before has any mechanic nor mechanic shop helped me nore than Sundevil Auto in Mesa AZ. Chris and his crew seem to be. In my opinion one of the best overall !! Since I was first introduced to by my mom. She had been a loyal customer and bragged about their mind set to help the customers first and foremost. Usually, when I call Chris to work on my vehicle he can get the work done in that day. They usually have the parts on hand and their mechanics are top notch. To be honest I actually enjoy speaking with Chris and know that our vehicles are in the best of care and repair. I highly recommend that you try them out. Especially, if other shops have been extremely rude to you. I must reinsure you that will unlikely happen at SunDevil Auto in Mesa, AZ.

Went in before a trip on Thursday for an oil change, tuneup, and wiper blades. They called and said my plug threads were cross threaded and accused me of trying to replace them and cross threading them. After arguing with them I said I'll just pick it up. When I went to pick it up it was not running, so I had to tow it to another repair shop. The tried to charge me for the tune-up they did not do and did charge me for replacing the wiper blades. I had to towed to another shop and when I got there I noticed the wiper blades in the boxes were on the windshield, NOT INSTALLED. The new shop had it finished in about 45 minutes and did not find any cross threaded spark plugs. It appears that Sun Devil was just trying to upsell a more complicated job which was not needed. PS The second repair place was Hontech.

Cooling system, cooling fan clutch, water pump, SunDevil did a perfect job of the problems another auto shop screwed up! I drove out of SunDevil in a smooth running car! Thank you SunDevil and all your employees for giving me the excellent service they did....and all were friendly, courteous, and concerned with the problem . I am so grateful.

I called to bring my car in for warped rotors and Don Hankins was very professional and friendly and able to get me in right away. Not only did they get me an Uber to go back home but then sent one to pick me up when my car was ready within a couple of hours. I was very happy with their work, expertise, friendliness, and the fact that they were so fast at fixing my car and will definitely refer friends to them. They made my experience a great one!

I have now taken my car to Sun Devil Auto three times for different issues. The staff is incredibly knowledge and friendly, their pricing is very fair, and they fix problems right the first time. No one likes having to do a substantial repair on their car— but you can trust these guys. I highly recommend them.

My expereince at sun devil auto in Mesa was one of the better experiences Ive had. From the customer service at the front desk too the work done on my car. These guys care about doing good work. It's nice to see a business that still holds themselves to a standard of mastering the craftsmanship of its mechanics and the way it treats people. If you need a serious fix or even just an oil change. I reccomend sun devil in Mesa. You won't be dissapointed.

Please avoid this extremely unethical shop. Even for a car repair shop, Sun Devil Auto is extremely dishonest about what's "wrong" with your car. I went in because my battery was almost dead, and my tires were not filling to their PSI. They offered a battery replacement and stated that all four tires had dry rot and needed replacing. That sounded suspicious to me. Thankfully, I had a warranty with Firestone. So, while I paid for my battery (also too much BTW at almost $300 without even offering me warranty), I went to Firestone for my tires. They told me my tires did not show dry rot and that I was likely just using a broken gas station pump. He filled my tires, and now they're fine. No joke. I understand auto shops will try to get as much money out of you as possible, but blatantly lying to try and get $600 out of a customer is really crossing a line. Not to mention that the last time I was there for a simple oil change, I received a condition report stating I had a ton of things wrong with my car; yet today, my condition report stated all that stuff was fine. What changed?

Alright so I was super motivated to get a coolant/radiator leak fixed - called Casey at Sun Devil and he told me to bring it on in at 12 on a Saturday. What a guy. Everyone else was booked out until Tuesday of the next week due to Monday being Labor Day. They had it figured out by 3:00PM and gave me a great price. Justin the tech was fantastic too, they allowed me to speak with him and then he even refilled my radiator with Hyundai specific fluid without charging me - very nice experience, thanks to both Justin and Casey.

Free Inspection of all issues followed by a digital quote with each position individually and also some with photo proof. I liked the process and the guys there are cool. My Van is running fine again, Thank you 🙏 Pricing for the work though is on the higher end 🙂

We have been going to Sun Devil for a couple of years now after trying several other companies in the valley. We are a small service business with a few older trucks and vans. When our vehicles go down, we need them up and running in a timely manner in order to service our customers. Chris and Casey always take care of us, very accomodating, always getting us in quickly, and getting the job done as soon as possible, resulting in as little down-time as possible. I would recommend them to anyone. I have referred my family and friends and will continue to do so. Mike

I can’t give an accurate or complete review of Sundevil as my car is still with them after 3 months. I did receive it back twice after paying $1200.00 for a new ECM (computer). The first 2 ECM’s failed at which point I was told there may be an underlying issue. A master mechanic was called out and I was told that there “may” be a bad fuel sensor, this was around the end of June, beginning of July. Not only have a paid $1200 for a car I can’t drive, I am also paying the highly increased insurance rates every month. I usually try to call once a week to receive an update as they do not call me. The last time I called however, I was very aware that I am a burden as you could hear the annoyance his Casey’s voice assuring me, he would call me soon. That was July 16th. Although I have been told by many people to cut my losses and take my car elsewhere, $1200.00 is a lot to throw away. Learn from my mistake, if you would like your car back within a timely manner, take it elsewhere. I would have liked to avoid writing this review until I received my car back, however, at this point, I don't know if that will happen.

Pulled in on Friday morning for an oil change. Figured i’d have to wait a while because I did not have an appointment. The shop looked pretty busy but they were able to get me in very quickly. They have an excellent tracking system that keeps you updated on your cell phone, presents the work they’re doing and suggested work as a result of their inspection. Great to know that about my vehicle, but they weren’t pushy about me getting the extra work done. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be taking my car there the next time service is required.

Sun devil auto baseline location does an amazing job. They're quick and reliable. Always answer the phone and answer any questions you may have and don't add on a ton of charges like other mechanic shops or dealerships.
