This Sun Devil Auto is under new management, so I thought I’d give them another try. I made an appointment for an oil/filter change and they did a very good job. They quoted me the price before asking for the keys (no hidden surprises). I had to wait for a bit, but they were courteous and answered my questions. I would recommend this shop again. I’ll be back in a few weeks to have them work on my other car. Thanks again!

Had emergency situation with oil coolant housing leak. Got quote for it from another auto repair place seemed very high. Called Sun Devil and they got me right in and quoted me a price $200 cheaper for same work. Had me in and out in 4 hours. Excellent customer service and workmanship.

I no longer live near this branch but I will continue to drive out of my way. I never feel like they try to sell me things I don't need. Time estimates for service are accurate. Bathroom could be cleaner for customers waiting.

I normally have a great experience at this location, they send me a email I schedule an appointment then come get my oil changed but today was a definite mind changer on continuing my services here. They had no customers yet they needed 4 hrs to do my oil change, when I told them I scheduled an appointment online the man told me he didn’t see one for me in the last 2 weeks then told me “we’ve been having system issues” wow…. Me and my 2 cars will politely head over to Brake Masters (No! Im not affiliated with them in any way)

Well I thought everything was great until I went to pick up my vehicle then noticed my left front tire hub cap was missing and they didn't even know where it was....... Then when I took it back the front desk guy was rude and yelled at me and told me to hold on. Uhhhhhh excuse me but not professional at all

Took my car in because my AC was having issues and only working half the time. Was told it was the compressor, paid $1,600 for it to still have the same issue. Took it back in and was told it was an electrical issue. They “fixed” that. My car ended up being in the shop for close to a month between all the issues- Still have the same issue and now I have issues with my whole electrical system since they messed with it. So now it’s the middle of summer, my kids and I have no AC, electrical issues and I’ll be paying off the two grand in “repairs” for a while. Staff is nice, but I would get a second opinion on anything you want done outside of an oil change. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

Great place, they’re transparent about your vehicle’s issues and will provide pictures of what’s recommended to be fixed. They were also good at communicating the process as I left my vehicle with them for almost a week.

I drove into the car wash in the same shopping complex as Sun Devil Auto. When the attendants finishing vacuuming my vehicle and ready to pull into the wash, wouldn’t you know my battery was dead!! Only 113 degrees in Phoenix that day!! The attendants actually pushed my vehicle into the wash, then pushed it to the drying station, then into the parking lot. After several attempts to jump the battery with no luck one attendant drove me across the large parking lot to Sun Devil Auto where the nicest employee took over. He was able to get my vehicle into the shop’s bay and in very short time I had a new battery and was on my way home. I highly recommend Sun Devil Auto for their customer service and professional manner.Thank you Sun Devil Auto for getting me out of my stressful situation. FA
