We have been using Sun Devil Auto, 7th Street and a Bethany Home in Phoenix, for over 15 years now. In this time we have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. Even when I got upset about being told the quotefor work needed to be done. 😄 Management has given us a lot of Grace and worked with us through some very hard times. Great team at this location. We'd have gone through about 5 or 6 different manager changes and no matter who came into take over, it seems they were all excellent with how they treat their customers. 😁 Scott is especially one of our favorite techs there. He tells us straight IF something needs to be done AND he takes the time to explain things so we can understand why the work needs to be done. Scott is one of the BEST! The management team right now, Carlos and Paul, are also are quite kind and accommodating with helping us whenever we come in. They always seem to work things out for us and say, "We got you covered, no worries." GREAT attitudes!! We tried another location and was basically ignored when we walked in the door. I waited 10 minutes before anyone even stopped to speak with me. They do not measure up to the kindness and quality of customer service the guys show us at the Bethany Home location. Granted there may have been extenuating circumstances, I really don't know, but a simple acknowledgment would have been a good thing to do. 😊 Whenever I go into the Bethany Home location and they are busy, Paul or Carlos at least tell me, "Hello, Give me a few minutes and I'll be right with You." All in all, so far, the location at 730 E Bethany Home Rd is the only Sun Devil Auto we will trust with our vehicles maintenance and care. We love these guys! 🥰

Had a dead battery this morning. Carlos fit me right in and I was driving out with a new battery 30 minutes later. Also, did full car inspection advising correctly that I need new rear brakes. Appreciate the great service at Sun Devil Auto.

Carlos and his team were exceptional. Extremely trustworthy, honest, clear communication, nothing but helpful. The turnaround time in fixing my car was impressive as well. Definitely recommend SDA Uptown!

Tbh, y’all said you would help me fix my VW CABRIO!! When I left my vw for the whole week I thought you were working on it — turns out y’all just LEFT IT in the parking lot outside alone and scared. One of your people told me it was “fixable and you was going to do it. “ (I had the money and everything ) Then another said “it’s not worth fixing “ yet didn’t bother to tell me till week later.. now , I won’t be returning due to me towing my baby outta there back home- but you guys should of just helped me out and did the job. I done put in over <4k to you guys before, I would of keep going because before I couldn’t PART WITH MY VW. :’c Note I’m resorted to walking and taking the bus. Thank you. Bye.

Went in for an oil change yesterday, but it ended up being a bit more. I needed some front-end work done (thanks to the CRAP roads in PHX!). They were able to get everything done that needed to be done by that afternoon. They got me a Lyft home and then back that afternoon - which made a difference in deciding to leave it, or come back some other day for the front end work. All in all a very good experience with them. I now go to them for oil changes, and pretty much anything I need done to my 14 year old Toyota Prius

Carlos at 7th & Bethany Home is always great. He's thorough, honest and makes sure everything is right. Had my differential rebuilt and lots of other work done here. Great shop.

Everybody at this establishment was unbelievably amazing. Sun Devil Auto in North Phoenix is golden!!!! Colton, Carlos and Scott thank you!!!! These fine gentleman worked on my car and assisting me. Not only once, but twice with the issues in my Ford. These gentlemen are unbelievably kind, they got the job done in the same day, kept me in the loop, constant calls, keeping contact with updates and information. They even went the extra mile to offer me rides during the horrendous heat! Not only did they do phenomenal work but they are really amazing people and I would truly recommend if you were in a struggle or and a hard place and need a trust worthy mechanic team I would 110% go here! I have found my new mechanic for sure :)

I got a nail in my tire and my insurance company picked Sun Devil to tow to. I had never been there. Not only were they nice, I was back on the road in 45 minutes!

I tested this place to see if they’d rip off my wife. They didn’t! (Can’t say the same for multiple other local places…) John K was great to deal with and their online portal to breakdown your quote is very user friendly, especially if you’re away on business. They did a full inspection and when I chose not to fix everything they suggested there was absolutely no pressure. We will continue getting our cars serviced here.

Walking into the office just makes you feel comfortable. People carry that forward through the help/service. They went ahead and inspected my vehicle and made suggestions for sercive (all warrented). Projected prices for further service - very reasonable. I will be back, these are my guys.
