Super place i have taken my car there for a few years. Very kind to older people and try to understand their problems with their car i Will never change. Thank you, sunland auto.PS they even walked me to my car (not like other places take your money hand you your key and sometimes not even a thank you.kudos to Sunland auto for that little extra mile that old women appreciate.

My mom and I, had an amazing experience at Sundland Auto. I stopped by unexpectedly because my car was low on oil, and despite the busy atmosphere and the many cars waiting to be serviced, Steve came out to help immediately. He checked the oil, topped it off, and didn’t charge me a thing! His willingness to pause everything and assist me was truly above and beyond. Thank you, Steve, for such a wonderful experience! We will continue to trust Sundland Auto for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you

I love Sunland Auto and I have recommended them to all of my friends. I am so glad I found them! I can literally drop my car off and ask them to take care of whatever it needs and know that they will do just that. They do what needs to be done and check everything out. Two years ago I wrote this review, and it stands. I am so glad to have found Sunland! I've used their services for several years now and I remain happy with the service.

Brought my new (to me) car for a pre-purchase inspection. I had an appointment and they were right on time. Friendly and courteous. I will be back for future service. Customer service is very important to me. I really liked the way they treated me and I observed their interaction with other customers. They do, however, need to get some diet sodas for their pop machine. :-)

I have used Sunland in the past, so I tried them again for my AC issue. Called and they said they were scheduling for about a week and a half out, so I made an "appointment". Arrived before the the opening time, but there were already 3 or 4 people ahead of me. They let me know it will take some time to look at my car. If you make an appointment, a week and a half out, and come in when you are supposed to, shouldn't you be seen? But I'm there, and want to get the AC system from semi functioning to fully functioning. They give me a ride back home. Get a call about 5 hours later, they let me know they can try something, but they're not sure it will fix the issue. So I decide not to get the work done. I pickup the car, and it goes from having a semi functioning AC system, to a no longer functioning AC system, now with a hiss. I call and they say it should be fine after I drive it around a bit. I drive it around a bit, and still non functioning. I have a history with Sunland, so I decided to give them this shot. The last time I used them was not the best experience as they replaced my fuel pumps and dumped a bunch of gasoline on my back seat, that smell will certainly hit you like a brick. I figured, accidents happen, and ultimately it was something I could fix by removing the back seats, and cleaning. This, I can't fix and I do not have faith that they can return my car to the state it was in when I brought it to the shop. I will no longer be using Sunland. Maybe they are just too busy, new mechanics, not sure.

Great service and they stand behind their work. They are not looking to rip anyone off for the work they do. Honest and reasonable pricing for the quality of work they do I have definitely told many women about this place so they can get good honest mechanics working on their vehicles.

Had appointment provided after 5 days waiting but on the day of appointment it was not honored. And was told that will need to wait another week for a new appointment date. It seems to be highly unprofessional as it wastes everyone’s time and effort.

I found this place in Google reviews probably 7 years ago for my 80 year old mother. It got great reviews back then, and I checked them out and felt safe that they wouldn't take advantage of her. She's been using them every since, and they have always treated her great and even didn't charge her when it was something small or simple. My family has now moved here to Arizona, and I used them for an oil change and service. They were spot on, great service, friendly, and fast. The price was reasonable, and the work was done right. What more can you ask for?

Took my 2009 town and country in for leak and to check out. Got it in quickly. Radiator had hole in it. Replaced it. Changed oil, replaced back brakes and rotors, and tranmission cooling lines all in a day. Took it in on Thursday. Friday around 10 it was ready. Was reasonable priced for work done. Communicated very well. I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone that needs mechanic work. The only thing I would recommend is to leave your vehicle, they are very busy.

WARNING!!!! My car has been there three times in three months and I once again was left stranded. They said they could get me in Friday, and as I pay $$$$ for yet another rental, they ignore our calls and just now, four days later, inform me they will not be taking my vehicle! So single, Moms, beware, you could be left stranded time and time again, your safety compromised, and your bank account diminished!

I had my brakes replaced here and about a year later they began making noise. I took the car back in and Scott replaced everything that had been done a year prior and made sure they were done right. Thank you Scott!

I have been a regular customer for awhile. Ever since a shop down the road handed me a list of things needed for over 4,000. I have an old infinity, yes. 2002. But only 50,000 miles on it. Anyway it isn’t always easy to get to the problems on this model. Sunland staff are very good and honest and I recommend them highly. I got my front breaks fixed, so there will be no Thelma and Louise ending for me on switchbacks. Thanks again everyone. I’m thankful for the shuttle service too. 😎🐈🚙 Laura Beep Beep
