If I could give this business 10 stars I would! My co-worker and I were in the area for training and ended up with a nail in our tire at 7:30 at night! Sunny’s was the nearest tire shop and thank God they were open! They immediately took our car in and patched it up in less than 15 mins. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed! I would make this business my go to for any tire related business anytime! I’m only sad we don’t live nearby because I love good service! It’s very hard to find these days!

I needed two front tires and alignment. He said he had them in stock but didn't. Said it would take 30 mins to be delivered. Alignment was done before the new tires were put on and he sent me away and it pulled hard left. I immediately went back and had to wait again for another alignment. He also broke a stud and wouldn't replace it without wanting to charge for it. Total of 4&1/2 hrs spent. Circus show. The alignment did turn out nice. That guy kew what he was doing at least

I’m very mixed emotions about this place. At first only used this place for tires and cheap ones at that. But then one day I came in and needed all 4 tires done. ACTUALLY….. Didn’t have much money at that moment after bills being paid but the state of these tires were to rough and not usable So I had to go full send and get a whole set. these tires ended up being finance through two of the finance companies America finance and through ACIMA Costing a total of 800 plus alignment fix costing 1100 after taxes and labor included. But I had a bigger issue coilovers needed to be re done but somehow I couldn’t get a pair I had to get all four which was fine they order the first set which was the same ones I had on the car which. I didn’t want back on there so we had to re order. A new set which ended up being the correct ones and it Took forever to hear back from them so everyday I kept calling for updates 1200 $ for coilovers financed At the end of it all 2400 financed Full set of tires and new coilovers and alignment Tires were done the same day that was super fast. But when coilovers needed to get done It took days to get my car back because how busy they were But the car is done fresh new tires, alignment fix, and new coilovers on the car all around And I’m super happy about it and everything seems to be working fantastic Another One thing I’m happy about is he only charged me labor for 2 coilovers being put on but put all four on instead so super cool of him to do so Defaults Communication at times was a problem and the transparency could be better ABOUT parts. And updates can be made about why things are being delayed they never even called me to let me know when it was done or even called me to let me know when the parts arrived or when to drop the car off to get the work done. I always had to ring them up RECEIPTS CAN BE WAY MORE DETAILED AND SHOULD GIVE YOU A BREAK DOWN OF EVERYTHING Weird you don’t use the same finance company twice and it’s a different one for different parts why not just add it into what’s already being financed from the first company Also they gave me my car back dead. It didn’t start and we had to jump the car. So now I worry about the alternator needing to be replaced aswell as a new battery Works trustworthy and is done correctly From what I’m seeing And how the car is driving 5 stars on that I’m happy I got the car back and at the end of the day they did a good job. Was some of the worst service and business I have ever experienced. I spent over a thousand dollars and it took them multiple days to get my vehicle right. And they talk to you any kind of way. I don’t recommend anyone use the service here

Sunday 6pm my dad stopped by them to buy 2 new tires, he asked them to make sure to put the right tires and good tires, because we're traveling to Canada and they asked for 500 dollars for mile star tires, my dad paid then after they pulled the car from the shop my dad found out it was a different tire, west lake tires, he asked them why and they said it was by mistake and they closed the shop, as soon as my dad left the shop, he found that the tires were 2 years old, and the recipt didn't have information so my dad called the police, and he explained the situation to the police and the police fixed the receipt and put all the information on it and after he fixed it, after the police requested the workers to fix it for him, then the police told my dad to sue the shop, because sunny tires are asking for another 500 dollars to switch the tires again for new tires. We're waiting for the hearing day.

I called Sunny Tires the day before and was given detailed information.. on financing. I was approved in minutes. The next day I arrived at 7 am and was immediately assisted with a pleasant smile and conversation. I was shown the tires and then sent a link…. My tires were installed with an alignment. They were amazing!!! They get 10 stars ⭐️

I visited from out of town and needed all four tired replaced on a Sunday. I got 24 inch tires. They had them. Let me tell you not everyone carries that size. They were able to get me all four brand new and a wheel alignment and gas me out of there in no time. If your ever in need and in the Jacksonville area go check them out they will take care of you

I went to this store yesterday morning to extract a nail from the tire , and the man I met said the cost was $15. After that, I gave him $20, but he did not give me the rest. He told me that $5 was a tip. The problem is bullying, rudeness, and insults using the filthiest words. He even threatened me with calling the police, and I asked him to do that in order to prove that they were thugs, and he backed down from that. The traveler who spoke to me spoke to me in Arabic, and because I speak Arabic, I spoke to him in the same language, and here he spoke to me, I do not recommend this place because they will take your money and are rude.
