0 stars to this workshop that cheat on the customer 1. They refill 'used engine oil synthetic cans' at their workshop. You guys make sure synthetic oil cans are sealed when they put engine oil in your car engine and sometimes they don't even change the oil filter.. 2. Always They force customers to change the 'sway bar' even its no need to change.. Sometimes they put the same old one after coloring at their workshop.. 3. Always There is bargaining for smog check...first, they will give you a double price.. 4. They force to customer to change brake pads even its in good condition. So don't trust them. So guys don't trust them. First, make sure.

Got a oil change here for $35, the price was only for labor, I bought my own oil and filter. The mechanic here doesn’t talk and has a serious attitude problem. I told him to pour a whole bottle of oil (5qt) into the engine after he drained my oil, since my engine uses 5.3qts of oil and that’t what I normally do. He finished and wanted to close the hood immediately, without even checking the dipstick. I said “you should check the dipstick” and he goes “it was you who told me to pour a whole bottle” and he checked it unwillingly. Not professional. He even pretended he didn’t understand me when I said to him later to help me check the tire pressure. I don’t see any respect for customers from this mechanic.

The owner or whoever he is got some attitude. Even if you pay they act like they are doing you a favor and they don't even comeback to you. You just stand there and wait. They will find a reason to over charge you. If you are not someone who knows how much things should cost and the average price, you will be scammed don't go.

Went there for propane refill. Make sure to check the meter beforehand & watch it continuously (it may be rigged). Don't pay him beforehand either. Rude, unprofessional, not trustworthy. Avoid at all cost.

I told him to fix my car then do the smog test. He didn’t fix anything and do the test, change me $75 and told me it fell the test. I ask him why he didn’t fix it first? He said he don’t know how to fix it so he only do the test and let me go to the dealer to fix car. Of cause it will fell the test and wasted me $75 to know this guy had no brain. Never come again!

No other way to describe this place other than it being trash the owner will always try to tell you you need an alignment I got this new $90,000 alignment machine and the best in the business do not believe him my alignment is now even worse! The owner and his employees are scammers be careful For 60 dollars more at wheel works less than a mile away you can get ur alignment done with LIFE TIME WARRANTY 3 free alignments a year thank you wheel works 47 S Capitol ave San Jose ca 95127

Today I went in for a tire alignment and left paying 440 for a tire rod replacement and my car is still not aligned. The mechanic did his best to figure out what was wrong but to my surprise he blamed it on one tire. 4 wheel tire alignment was 125 and I was quoted 300 for a tire rod replacement and labor. I’m no mechanic but I do expect to get reimbursed for a service if the service you went in for was not completed. I wish I would of went to another shop but Sunny’s shop was the closest to my house.

He does not accept his own coupons. Sunny gives lower quote then he comes back after opening the car that something more needs to be fixed and instill fears into his customers to force them to accept additional repairs, most of the times is not necessary. For a $20 part he will charge $250. So be careful with this guy!

Really good mechanics and reasonable pricing. I recommend going here for your car maintenance or issues it's cheaper than other places. They also fixed a problem in my car that other shops couldn't find or fix.

Terrible expererience, they are not honest, we agree, service and parts for $350.00 like he told me and surprise! They charged me $454.00, this happened today 1/8/2021. I NOT recommend this auto shop.

They are honest the same problem on electrical another service center ask me for 1400 and he fix the problem for $350 less than 3 hours.

Very good customer service. It is one stop shop. They just added alignment aparatus also. Best of all is that they will get on your car right a way and fix it right there and then. Also, this shop sales cheapest propane in the area.
