I called and Gavin quoted me 475.00 for 2 tires "out the door" and the tires would be in at 9 am the following morning. Called just after 9 the following morning and got told the tires wouldn't arrive till after 1:00 AND the cost "out the door" was 639.00. WILL NEVER DARKEN THE DOOR OF THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

I “borrowed” my daughter’s car and brought it to Sunrise around Thanksgiving because her tires were bald, and she was low on funds. They found great tires at an amazing price. I will never forget their kindness, quick service, and thoughtfulness. I will always come here for all of my cars’ tires and for those of my kids’ cars.

Lived in 7 states in 4 years and wrote service for 17 and hands down the best shop I've experienced since I've left the industry. These are my go to guys and it starts at the top with Russ. Gavin and Shane are great guys to work with and it's always a pleasure to chat with these guys. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

Original review (2021): I’ve been here twice to have some normal tire work/maintenance performed. Both times were simple and Gavin and Russ were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their prices are more than fair. They are experts and won’t charge you for things you don’t need. Next time I need tires/wheels this is where I will be going. Update (March 2024): I recently purchased a new set of tires from them. I worked with Russ again, and my opinion of this place has only gotten better over the years. They have been doing my oil changes and balance/rotations and each service is always outstanding. They do what they say they are going to do and they are honest and fair. I was having some issues with my lift/alignment and and not only addressed and fixed that, but they helped me find a tire that remedied other turning issues I was having. They’ll always be my maintenance and tire guys going forward! I refer clients of mine to them on a daily basis and will continue to use them for years to come. Keep it up guys!

Woah are these people friendly, professional and smart. I am so grateful I found this place. I was only passing through the area on a road trip and had some balance/vibration issues in my wheels. Jerry (I believe was his name) not only quickly diagnosed my issue and started to fix it, but he also educated me on several related tire/wheel issues that he felt would improve my ride quality (he wasn't trying to sell me anything, he was just a helpful/educator type of person). Quickly, I was back on the road with the issue resolved. Thank you so much to you guys for the fast and effective help. I highly recommend this business.

Took my truck in for tires and a alignment and was very pleased they told me my tie rods were popping so i decided to do those as well. They did fail mention that my camber pins were falling out which I had figured out after they aligned it so I brought it in and was quoted 500$ for four camber alignment pins what a joke, no problem though they warrantied the allignment after i finshed. But a couple months after I took a look at the tie rods they did and the boots were already torn and cracked I was very upset but they took my truck in and replaced tie rods and re alligned and was also told a bunch of my steering components that affect alignment had play and were going bad which was not mentioned when I had tie rods and an allignment done, seems a little suspicious. Got it fixed but after they replaced the tie rods i got a little curious to see if they put grease in and they didn't same reason why they failed last time I had to replace the zert fittings and grease them myself, I would only recommend getting alignments or tires here be careful letting them work on your vehicle.

Gavin, Russell & Dustin are Top Notch, and know there business. Have taken my vehicle In several times now for various auto services, and am completely satisfied with the service received. Gavin is an Incredibly nice person, and all treat you with respect, and customer service just can't be beat. Dustin & Russell always makes themselves available whenever I had a question or concern. I enjoy the employees at sunrise tire and have done a lot of business with them since they opened but this time I feel like they won’t stand by their decision as to what tires they put on my truck this last time. The tires are pretty new and are now coming apart and I was told they aren’t the right ones for a three quarter ton truck so they expect me to buy some new ones even though they put them on. They say they could give me a $400 dollar rebate. Which then it would only be $1600. For the new tires that I shouldn’t need for another 2 years. Not happy!!!

In town from florida got a flat in town called around everyone told me 2 plus hours wait until I found this place. They were busy but I didn't have to wait 2 plus hours. Very greatful bc it saved time for our planned trip today. From the moment I called their customer service was on point.

On the way taking my wife to a doctor's appointment, we picked up a nail. After dropping her off, I drove to sunrise tire. Told them I was in a hurry because I need to pick up my wife after her doctor appointment. 20 minutes later I left with a repaired tire. I am so grateful how quickly they got it done. Just went to Sunrise Tire. They blew me away with thier customer service. I get to visit a lot of local businesses and I was really impressed with how patient, kind and helpful they were. I was waiting for my tire and someone called and said they lost their license plate off their car on the road and 2 of the workers went to look for it for her. Then they were welcoming a sweet man on his first day of job ( I believe special needs) as a “helper”. They said “you have no idea how excited we are to have you here”. They kept updating me and checking in with me as well. I never thought I would gloat about a tire shop but these days good customer service is hard to find. If you need tires support them!!

The only shop I trust in town to be completely honest! I go to them for everything and if there's something that requires specialized equipment or experience they recommend you to the best place. Would recommend them 10/10 times!
