I was pleased with the service on my first visit for an oil change to check them out. They were timely and professional and about $20 more than my usual place by my office, but at the time it was worth it. I thought I had found a new business for my patronage. Then the following month, I noticed that I was accidentally charged twice. No big deal, I thought. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they absolutely refused. They said I had to have receipts to prove I got charged twice. I had my credit card statement, so I asked what they meant I had to have receipts to prove it. He said their system only showed one transaction. He said there was nothing they could do. So I disputed the charge. Then they lied and told the credit card company that I got two oil changes not one. If you cannot own up to your mistake and, as a business make it right, you are not to be trusted and will definitely not get any of my business. This Sunshine Oil Stop is part of Mavis, so be careful with any of their locations or affiliations. Cost me $100 to find out what kind of people work at or own this business.

Came in late right before close and was taken care of with pleasure. Simcha and Asdrubal were nothing but polite and willing to help me get my oil changed before a long trip this evening. Even found a fault in my oil plug gasket and fixed that right up for me. Great customer service and efficiency. Definitely 10/10 across the board.

Simcha had an absolutely heartwarming disposition and as a first time client I felt like I had been coming here for years. Oil change took a total of 35 minutes to be completed and Asdrubal did a phenomenal job. The shop itself is small but extremely clean and has nearby coffee and food shops that you can visit to pass the time if you need refreshments. If you decide to wait in store Simcha made it a very casual and enjoyable atmosphere with great conversation for those who want that. Simcha was extremely helpful in making sure my newly purchased vehicles first oil change was successful and we had a moment of full honesty and transparency that I could only hope I've had with mechanics in the past. They were very quick to ask about if I had a coupon for my visit, which I did not sadly but he also informed me on the best place to find them for future visits if one matches the service that I was receiving. Simcha let me know that for my vehicle there was the possibility of needing to replace the oil cap due to the plastic nature and offered a very low option for me. Upon opening the hood and realizing that my model year actually did not have a plastic oil cap, he informed me and quickly made the adjustment to my total. That fact alone will be the reason why myself and my entire extended family will be moving our fleet of vehicles to this location. Customer service, honesty and transparency win every time.

Terrible experience. Juan was completely rude. The place opens at eight. I walked in at 7:57. He said we’re not open yet. The light was on and the door was unlocked. So, I stepped outside in the cold for three minutes and came back in. When I came back in, he said with a tone so we’re not open yet we don’t open until eight. I said it is eight. I don’t know what time you have so we checked his computer and his phone and the time was wrong on the computer. I proceeded to get checked in for my oil change that I scheduled at eight using the online form with the coupon and he told me the total was gonna be $124. I said there’s no way I signed up with a coupon and he said that’s not my problem. It’s a different office that does the appointment he doesn’t have that information. He didn’t wanna work with me and he had a complete attitude and I’m never returning again.

Very clean and nice place. The Assistant Manager Simcha is very nice and always make sure his guest are comfortable. Everything was fast and efficient. Mechanic also was sweet. I'll come back again Thank you for caring for my car.

Great place. Came in for an oil change and the Manager, Simcha, and the Tech, Asdrubal, noticed that I had two leaks. They don’t hesitate to take me to the garage to show me where they were coming from. This is not my first time coming here and I do have to say they have always treated me with respect. Highly recommend this place.

I’m new to the area and decided to try out Sunshine Oil Stop through Mavis tire for my oil change. Immediately upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Simcha the assistant manager to intake my vehicle. Both Simcha and Asdrubal the service technician did everything they could to ensure I had a thorough service, was given the best price available, and did it all with a smile and friendly demeanor. Service was timely and informative, I was even taken back to see an issue I had with my vehicle. No upcharges pushed on me, and I got to work with their wifi while I waited for my car to be ready. I highly recommend and will be back.

Love the service here, i got my tire patched over at action gator and came here for a oil change on top. Juan was very informative about the oil they use, and very professional. I appreciate the service here from everyone and juan. i recommend 10/10 to come back here, very honest people!
