I had a great experience here. I had my first visit about a week ago. Seeing how they try to help the customer and explaining things the way they do, I felt more at ease. Made an appt over the phone. The wait wasn’t bad at all. Bring a book or something you don’t mind doing for a while if you are going to wait at the shop. Thomas was great, and I liked the way ira? Spoke to customers. I do feel like they try to balance the customer and business successfully. I could see myself coming back here.

I have been here a few times and I honestly feel this will be my go-to for maintenance on my three vehicles! Their customer service is excellent—they keep you informed, the prices are reasonable—they do everything from oil to tires with no pressure for extra services. An oil change goes quickly—not HOURS like at the dealer. The waiting room there is very nice, too.

I really like dealing with Super Eagle. They are thorough, professional, detailed, and stays connected. The difference in the drive of the vehicle is very obvious after the job is done. And the customer service is friendly and hospitable. Ira is a champion!!!!

I'm rating Super Eagle a 1 star because they were supposed to call me back 2x about repairing my car and they never did, but I eventually got it repaired, my thing is if you tell a customer you'll call them back, please call back, because to me it feels like you guys blow me off and that's not how you do business, ok that's all I have to say.

I've been going to Super Eagle for over 16 years, and I've never had a problem with their service or performance. They are very thorough in finding things that may be wrong with my two cars. It's good to know that I have a mechanic that I can trust.

Coming to an auto care shop as a woman you already have some hesitation. I came for an oil change and state inspection. Unfortunately I had a light out above my license plate that caused my car to fail inspection. Instead of repairing for 30$/40$, an employee tried to tell me it would cost 160$ to replace the bulb. I am a woman who is no car expert but I do know that a car lightbulb costs 150$ less…From Walmart or an auto care shop…I questioned this price and stated that I’d change it myself. They hesitated and said it wasn’t easy to do and that I’d fail my inspection…Super eagle auto care definitely hurt my trust. The manager did reach out to me apologizing and stating that was not acceptable and he would be giving me my re-inspection for free. I appreciate his concern for customers feedback and he was very helpful in resolving my issue.

I have entrusted Super Eagle with the care of my vehicles for years. I was reluctant to spend the kind of money that was quoted for the last repair on my 2003 MB S500 with over 200K miles on it, but am glad that I agreed to it. My car handles like it is brand new! I can truly feel the difference in it's handling and ride. It is great to have a technician like Carmilo (sp) and an advisor like Ira Carter who know your vehicle, it's history, and who take a personal interest in the work they do. Kudos to Super Eagle!

We were visiting from another state and found ourselves in need of auto care pertaining to sudden tire vibrations while driving. Eddie and his team carefully evaluated the problem and determined that we needed new tires. Eddie promptly ordered the tires, installed them the next day, and got us back on the road! Eddie and Thomas are among the best in the business and deserving of your trust and confidence.

I brought my Hyndai there to have my brakes changed. There were making a noise afterwards and I took it back to them the next day and they fixed it with no questions asked for free. I will always take my car here because they stand by their work.

I meaaaan the work is good. I just am tired of having to haggle with pricing…I’ve never been to a mechanic where I didn’t have to do that though, so I’d just suggest that customers get a second opinion and also see if it’s something you could potentially do yourself before deciding to move forward with them servicing your vehicle. They do good work though!! 😊

Recently had my 2000 Silverado 1500 in.I came to know of Super Eagle from my father who has had both of his cars in for major work and he was totally satisfied.To begin with: scheduling is great,they will evaluate the auto,list the problems found and go over those problems, including cost(s) and you can accept or decline.They will also listen to your initial reason for bringing the vehicle in and address that issue The service is thorough,quick and efficient; nice surroundings,office and shop...they utilize Uber to take you home and pick you up . There are many good people there..but my contact person was Ira and he is great. Overall I would highly recommend Super Eagle Auto Care. 09/25/24 They have done it again Great location Ease of getting appointment Awesome facility Friendly,courteous,knowledgeable technicians; Ira is the Technician that I have dealt with but they are all great! They listen to you They evaluate your vehicle and then call you re: problems found/ cost Timely repair Update you if something else arises They utilize Uber to pick you up or take you home All of my problems with my truck were addressed Great pricing What more can I say?
