I brought my 350Z in for a paint work in June of 2024. When my car was done the car looked new even thought my car was 2004 20 years old. Job well done I will always use Super shine body shop.

It was really great. The car was left like nothing ever happened to it, and it was really F’ed up. Owner got to me very quickly and the car got fixed in about a week and a half. Great service and humble people. Would honestly recommend.

Customer Service is a lost art and this guy is a Renaissance master. To be clear, I have not use them to fix my car yet...yet. He has a 2 month wait and I am going to follow my fathers advice...quality is worth the money and worth the wait. There are plenty of people who have talked about their experience after they have dropped of the car. I submitted a claim with State Farm and left a message on the voicemail for Super Shine Body Shop at 5:17pm. At 6:49pm, 11minutes before they close I get a call from a guy who turns out to be the owner , Norgel. Dude could have gone home, but he called me...I might have gone home if I were him. He quickly explained how backed up he is with work (2 months; which is telling of someone who does good work) and asked a series of questions to make sure my car would not break down until he was able to bring it into the shop. He was ready to turn down guaranteed insurance money due to his concern for my vehicle breaking down before he could get to it. The level of ethics it takes to call a new customer, an unreliable unknown you have never met, at the moment you are closing up shop on a Friday and then to ask that person a series of questions to make sure that they can wait until your fulfil your backlog of work; which I can only assume is due to this exact same work and personal ethic....That is not just rare in Miami, that is rare on this planet. I am impressed and I can not wait to see the work he does on my car. UPDATE: I dropped my car off (almost exactly when Norgel said he would be ready for it.) His space is unassuming; nestled in-between a residential neighborhood and a sort of shop complex. You would miss it if you did not know it was there. It would be easy to assume that they might do good work (I would assume so based on the reviews and I will update with that as well), but that is not where his business ends. His team has been sending me updates via text with a very specific date my car will be ready. I bet it is exactly right too. What a class act and what an amazing focus on customer service!!! FINAL UPDATE: I have had my car back for a month or so; I wanted to leave this before, but life got in the way. I'll keep this one short. #1 - My car was done EXACTLY the date Norgel told me it would be. #2 - The work was beyond beautiful. they even buffed out a few other scratches and a bit of caked on bubble gum some punk smeared on my car. Not saying they will do this for you, but I am nice and they were nice right back. #3 - They nearly detailed the inside of my car. There was a bit of caked on coffee left in my cup holder that I only found after inspecting the entire inside out of bemused amazement, but WOW. They did not need to do this and they just did it. #4 - THEY CLEANED MY ENGINE! WHO DOES THAT! It felt like I had a new car again. Seriously...who cleans an engine as part of body work. Kind, polite, professional, wonderful people. I will NEVER take my car to anyone else as long as I am within 200 miles of Super Shine Body Shop. Norgel - Thank you again, you are a mensch.

My husband and I, both, have taken our cars to Super Shine Body Shop in a span of about 5 years. Every time we’ve gone to them, they have done a superb job. Their service and quality of work is, honestly, top-notch. This is why we decided to wait two entire months to get my car repaired with them. When they told me that they had a waiting list of over two months long, I was flabbergasted. I could not imagine not using my car for that long. However, after speaking to my husband about it, we agreed that, if we wanted the same fine job we’ve learned to expect, and have received, from them, we had absolutely no choice but to wait it out. The longer we sat on it, the longer the line would get, and the further down the line we’d be. So, thankfully, we waited and we’re glad we did as, not only has the time come and gone, but we got exactly what we wanted: high-quality results. Simply put: if a fully-staffed, automotive, repair and maintenance business (or any other business, for that matter) has a waiting period this long, that speaks volumes about it. Hopefully, we will not be needing their services anymore (or at least for a while), but we do feel at peace knowing that, should we ever need their services again, we know where to find them.

Our Subaru Ascent was taken to Super Shine body shop for vehicle repairs. I met with Norgel the owner of the body shop who explained the process of the repairs that were needed for my vehicle. Everything went well and my vehicle was delivered repaired and clean. The repairs looked perfect as it would be coming out of the dealership. All the staff I dealt with showed respect and professionalism.

I had an accident with my Tahoe and it damaged the front and right fender, I took it to Super Shine Body Shop, Norgel(owner) with his team gave me an honest estimate of the parts that would have to be changed, the insurance only gave an estimate to repair the parts, which was not possible. They did a great job, the result was like having a new car. Customer service is very good, with detailed explanation of the questions I asked. I definitely recommend you go with them because of the good service they give. Thanks to all the Super Shine team!

I was recommended to this body shop The work was not horrible but I have seen better but the attention was very poor And they take very long to do everything to order parts order parts to finish the job it's the job honestly it took them over 2 months to just change a bumper a headlights and a Fender Anyone that's in a hurry should not go to this body shop Aside from that they charge way too much for their work And honestly it's not even worth it like I said my car did not come out with perfect paint or anything

When I need some work done on my car, I can easily schedule an appointment, get a thorough estimate and have my repairs completed within the specified time frame. Norgel is a consummate professional. We used Super Shine Body Shop to fix our car which had been in an accident and needed new bumper and front lights. The service was excellent from start to end. They did a great job, used the best parts and paint; looks like new. There was a wait of a couple of weeks but well worth the wait. Highly recommend, would definitely use again.

I’ve used Super Shine for over 15 plus years and have always had the best experience from start to finish. This time was no different. Dropped off my car and after just a few days it was completed and like new. Everything from the body work to mechanical issues. My car is running fantastic. Highly recommend!
