I can’t say enough good things about Ed and his team at Superior Service. I recently needed a hitch installed, side mirrors fixed, and an oil change, and Ed went above and beyond with his incredible knowledge and quick, professional service. Everything was done efficiently, and the quality of work was top-notch. Not only that, but Ed’s friendly approach made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable auto shop with great customer service, I highly recommend Ed’s shop. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!

My son has had to bring his car back to this place (Ed), over & over. As soon as he supposedly fixes 1 thing then it's something else that goes wrong. Like he's sabotaging or doesn't know what the heck he's doing. My son has paid him over $8,000 since last year. This place has about 30 cars on the lot & it seems like there's barely any movement. Something is so not right with this business. I told my son to go someplace else but since Ed explains every thing away, my son wants to trust this guy. I wouldn't. My sons cars are at Ed's more than they can be enjoyed. Someone chime in.

They do an immaculate job here, fair pricing and fast work. Ed will explain what and why something needs repair very clearly without trying to get one up on you. I've brought 2 cars to ed so far and left extremely satisfied and even when he missed a damaged part while repairing my belt system causing a loud noise, I brought it back to him and he took care of it free of charge. I trust that bringing my vehicle to Superior Service will always be a positive experience. Thank you to Ed and the employees there!

Superior Auto has great service and decent prices. Our family has used them for years and it is one and done service. I can't remember a time we've had to bring our car back. I remember a time my engine light was on and the mechanic asked me had I gotten gas recently, I said yes. He told me to open the gas tank and reapply the gas cap tightly, drive it and the light should go off, and that worked! Do you know how many shops would have taken advantage of me and I would have been charged $200-$500?

Ed and Uri are reasonable folk with years of experience in the automotive industry. I don't understand the negative reviews... I always get fair pricing and quick service. It's a great local place to get Superior Service for your vehicle; especially if you don't feel like throwing your money at a chain place.

They are rip offs, they replaced the belt on the alternator and they tried to say that I needed a new alternator and radiator. I went to a different mechanic and there was not a problem with either. The only problem they found was that the belt was not installed properly ( too loose) and that was causing the noise. Save your money and go somewhere else

I own a 2002 Volvo and this is my third time here and I must say that they are the best in town ! I do not know anything about cars and these guys have never taken advantage of that. I really appreciate their honesty. They do a great job with an amazing price. I have been to about 3 more other car service centers and none of them offers as much value as they do. I highly recommend them !

Don't Go!! Don't Go!! Don't Go!! I purchased a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan from the owner, Ed. The ad on Craig's List made me think it was a private party, described the vehicle as having very high miles, but in excellent condition otherwise. The engine was supposedly rebuilt 10,000 miles before, but the paperwork was lost. It was further described as it shifted great, and needed nothing but a new owner. Ed himself told me that he had personally gone over the vehicle himself, and it was great. He further said he was familiar with working on motors as he built his own motors and raced cars at Road America. Looking at the vehicle, it looked like the engine had been redone, and was in otherwise perfect condition aside from the high miles. During the test drive it was a little sluggish, but it was extremely cold out(15 degrees), but did shift great. No noticeable leaks as it was dark and wet out, and had most likely been recently pressure washed. After bringing it home and plating it, my first drive I was almost in a major accident on the freeway. This is when I found out that the check engine light had been disabled. There was a dtc p0404 for a bad EGR valve. The EGR valve was bad because the catalytic converter was completely plugged. While replacing the converter and flex pipe we discovered that there was no way the engine had been redone. The oil pan was rusted and leaking. The engine had been pressure washed, the valve covers, upper cover and wires had been replaced to make it look like the engine had been redone. Not only was the engine light disabled, the EGR bad, the converter bad, and the engine not redone, but it is also leaking fluid from the rack and pinion, it's leaking transmission fluid, and the coolant pipes are rusted and about to start leaking. There is also a possible bad ECM and headlight wiring issue. This is the kind of shady business that they do!
