Very professional nice group of mechanics they were very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the price was very affordable and I didn’t have a long wait to get my car and even though it was a time consuming process these guys worked their hardest to keep the cost low. I’m 100% taking my car back and so should you.

DO NOT COME HERE! they kept my car for damn near 3 weeks , i was calling them for car updates because they never called me first. it took for me to come up the shop for my car to get worked on. my car is still broke and i payed 700 dollars and one of the workers had the worst attitude ever!

Shady, scammy. Didn't give an estimate which was used against me. This seems to be the routine. Promised to complete body work within a time frame and didn't, costing me thousands in rental fees. BBB rating says it all; I wish I had checked instead of trusting a sign and questionable reviews. Charged my card more than the agreed amount. I was convinced to pay a large sum up front in order to expedite service. The very first communication, verbal and written, I requested the blower fan be repaired -that was not, not done at all. Was told my vehicle was in the shop, ready to be painted yet when I unexpectedly showed up, (I waited a long while before being taken back to the shop) my vehicle was torn apart and had snow on the roof. In my opinion, not trustworthy, unprofessional. My vehicle did get the body work completed and that's the only reason for 2 stars. Overcharged too. If you choose to use them, get everything in writing.

Brought in my car with bad parts, left with BRAND NEW BAD PARTS. Brought brand new control arms to be put on and left with the new arms in worse condition than the bad ones. Just look at what the hack of a mechanic did to these ball joints. THERE IS NO EXCUSES FOR THIS EXEPT PURE NEGLIGENCE TO THEIR JOB. DONT let me forget the “the owner will call you later on today” excuse I got for over 3 weeks trying to get them to correct the issue they created. DONT waste your money and DONT come to this shop.

Wouldn't recommend doing business with this shop. Their model is holding vehicles hostage then filing mechanics liens. I run a car lot in louisville, had to pay close to $4,000 to get two vehicles out (they did no work to the cars), and they want another $2500 for a third. Filing a complaint with attorney General.

I had major issues with my A/C running hot. I brought it up to Supreme Automotive on Dixie Hwy. The mechanics were extremely helpful and kind. The repair didn't take long and the A/C is working better than ever..!! I couldn't be happier..!

I have a 2018 ford focus . I bring my car here to get my transmission replaced . My warranty company paid for a brand new transmission to be installed into my car . The first time I got my car back after they so called “fixed it” I had the same exact issue again with my transmission overheating . Took it to get looked at turns out my transmission never got replaced . Took back to this same facility and they had my car for almost a month got it back haven’t had it a full week and having the same issue again. Took it to get looked at and they put a junk yard transmission into my car which is why I’m having issues again although they were paid to put in a brand new transmission. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Dropped my car off on 8/4/24 for a simple check engine light and 2 leaks that were found during an oil change (they had the sheet which said where the leaks were located). I had to call them everyday to try to get an update and each time they acted like they didn’t even know they had my car so it was like the first time we were meeting/talking. On Thursday, 8/8 3:30pm, I was called by the lady who works up front..and she once again asked what was wrong with the car and told me it would be going in the shop in a few minutes and I should hear something by end of day. Friday comes and I have heard nothing so I call. They tell me that there are 20 customers in from of them and can they call me back in 25 mins. I say yes and hang up. Proceed to get myself together and head up there. Once there about 30 mins later, there isn’t a customer in sight (so that was a lie) and I still hadn’t received a return phone call. I asked for the key to my car so I could take it somewhere else and Wayne the body shop manager promised Monday morning first thing it would be in the shop. So I agreed. 1:30pm Monday comes and I haven’t heard anything so I call. The same lady who I have talked to previously answers and asks for my name and number and what’s wrong with my car and can Wayne call me back since he is with a customer. I said whatever and proceeded to get myself together to once again go retrieve my car. I get there about an hour after the call and not a customer in sight (except the gentleman waiting patiently for a refund who they were ignoring). My car is in the same exact spot as when I dropped it off. I tell them to give me my keys and they proceed to tell me there are bees in the bay and Wayne said the day isn’t over there are still hours left and to give them a few more hours. I told Wayne that my car was supposed to be in the shop at 8am Monday morning as he promised, not 3 in the afternoon if that’s even the case since all bays are currently full. I know time is hard but having my car for over a week for a check engine light and 2 leaks is absurd. They are so unorganized it isn’t even funny. Good luck getting anything completed with them, terrible customer service and I’m not sure how they planned to fix my car when they could never even remember what was wrong with it. Communication is non existent so good luck with that as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I came here 2 get a remanufactured engine order, making my last payment they tell me it gonna be a swap , I get the engine in , I have a misfire in the 8 cyclinder, it was a 6 cyclinder misfire at first, told them they looked at it , and said it the computer, my tint on the tail light gone , and I have me check engine codes they when I came up here, I came up here 2 get money back , they say he can do it , they say can't do it and he talk 2 a lawyer, and he told me had 2 leave , Jay is a scammer and I'm gonna close all em down with a class action

Rough experience. Chaos when I dropped off my car- there is no where to park and the place looks like a junk yard. No one even tried to take our info until we insisted. We had to call them to follow up a few days later only to find out they had not even looked at our car with no timeline as to when they would. When we went to get our car to bring it somewhere else, Jay talked my husband into letting them fix it and promised it was done the next day. To his credit he did discount his service. But when we went to pick the car up, they tried to send my husband away missing one lug nut off each tire. The next day we found a stranger’s prescription for suboxone in our car. Not a welcome sight with 2 young children in the car! YIKES! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Take your business somewhere else immediately!!! They destroyed my husbands engine and then let his mom pay 1,800 and drive off the lot with an unsafe car!. It was immediately taken to a different shop where they confirmed that the not only didn't fix the problem they made it worse. Now we're scraping the car because it's 10k to put a new engine in. They stripped out every single screw in the intake manifold then used JB weld to force a water pump that's not the right piece in. And multiple other issues that literally destroyed the engine! When I tell you they just literally ruined everything we been sacrificeing for, that car was 3 months away from being paid off and now it's gone! These people are a joke please heave the warning and take your business somewhere else immediately! I'd add the pictures and video but it won't let me. The comments above are literally people that work there flushing out bad comments. I can't believe theballs on them for doing business like that!

i reviewed one of their sister shops (automax off preston hwy) my car was still not fixed after paying and waiting for repairs to be finished. car was sent to supreme and was told we needed more work of course. 4 new parts to be exact. was told the car would be done on a thursday, it was not. spoke to the manager and was given his word it would be done that friday. every time i called i was told they would call back and they didnt. was told my car needed so many different parts i couldnt even count. every time i called they didnt know who i was or what vehicle was mine. when my husband went to get my car today to tow it to another shop he arrived and after a very short conversation realized we werent going to get anywhere and this place was a scam. the manage handed my husband the keys and sent us on our way. upon arrival to the next shop my husband realized that my serpentine belt was missing. i would NEVER in a million years reccoment this business or any other business related to supreme or automax. wasted 600 bucks and still dont have a running vehicle is the moral of my story. the manager D was really nice and tried his best to work with me, but my guess is there is too many moving parts and not enough communication or organization in this buiness.

Great service, got me in very fast. Dave even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready so I didn't have to wait in the hot shop so sweet. Very reasonable price to I got my muffler replaced!
