Terrible place to go. They lie big time, I wish I can put no stars. They put on a good acting show when I met them they pretend to be so nice and helpful, then after that lies lies and more lies. I took my suv to them so they can give me an estimate and fix it after I agree with the estimate. So I left my suv with them cause they supposed to let me know some information, well they never called I called and they kept lying then finally I called two days in a roll then they stop answering my calls. So I said enough is enough I went there to pick up my SUV and they wouldn’t give me my keys. Thank GOD I took my spare key and got my suv. After that I kept calling for my keys and they kept lying saying that they can’t find my keys. What kind of since does that make? They are keeping my keys because they are weird. But please don’t take no chances on these people j and Wayne if that’s their names cause they lie so much

If I could give negative starts I would! My car sat there for 2 weeks without getting touched, while i was being told on the phone it was being worked on. I was told it would be done Monday 6/03/2024. Then when I called on Monday they told me the car hadn’t been worked on at all, and it would be done today Friday 6/07/2024. It was frustrating, but I gave them a chance. I call this morning to see what’s going on and they told me a new price.. it was supposed to be $950, they tried to say $1900 now! and the car still hadn’t been worked on! So I ended up going down there and towed my car to somewhere else. Do not recommend this place at all! trust me

I was A little hesitant at first but after I dropped off my car and got the call 10 days later that my car was ready I went over and was greeted by dean (the shop manger) I believe! He was very friendly and polite they pulled my car from around back and there my baby was looking absolutely amazing these guys are very professional and kind not to mention there work is absolutely amazing!! Check them out you won’t be disappointed!!

A great place to go if you want shoddy work & a horrible experience! They had our 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for 7 weeks after quoting us a paint job for 3 weeks - the car was even half sanded already. They busted our windshield & then denied it & got paint all over the tires. We were told the car was going to be painted “the next day” about 4 times & it was never done. When it was finally done the mechanic handed our keys back to us & when we mentioned wanting to address some of the issues with the car (like the windshield) they snatched the keys back & said “come back when you want to pay the full price” & refused to negotiate. (That’s technically grand theft auto by the way.) Didn’t want to give me an itemized receipt & couldn’t answer what their rate for labor was. Their BBB plaque is a phony & they have typos in their fine print on their paperwork. We had to call the cops because the owner refused to work with us when i mentioned negotiating & told me to get out. The cops said they’re up there regularly dealing with similar situations; a bit suspicious, i’d say! This was a horrible experience. This guy makes his money off scamming people. Go literally anywhere else!

I’ve been to 4 body shops and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for something that wasn’t even needed. Chris at supreme helped and fixed the problem, very nice customer service and they will be seeing me back. They keep there promise and are on time!

worst experience of my life. they failed to but my brake pad back on after replacing my back axle. they took five weeks to fix my car and they made it worse than it was before. they told me the work was under warranty for a year and then refused to fix it. so I had to go out of pocket from another shop to redo the work that Supreme messed up, AND then replace my brakes because of Supremes negligence. I will be getting a lawyer involved.

After Supreme Towing did a recovery on my 2014 Chevy Equinox I sent it to Supreme Body Shop where they underwent a lot of obstacles to get my 2014 Chevy Equinox to look brand new has nothing ever happened although it took a little bit more time then expected it come out looking brand new again
