Not only was the lady at the front super rude every time I talked to her. They put on new tires and had the air pressure different on each tire. Poor service and customer service. On top of that when I was checking out the lady didn't stop eating then got her gross chip grease all over my receipt. I'd rather pay $100 more to not go here.

She fixed my flat right away for free and said bring it in when you need new tires. I now need new tires and I'm heading there shortly! I got them, fair prices, great service

Called within an hour of them closing with a flat that had a nail in it. They were able to squeeze me in ASAP and fix it free of charge in under 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time for new tires!

AMAZING BUSINESS, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The true measure of a person is not found when everything goes smoothly. True character is displayed when things go wrong. I initially chose Sutton Tire & Chain because their quoted price for my motorhome tires was extremely fair with my initial call to their business, which was nice not having to negotiate. During the install an employee unintentionally caused damaged to my motorhome. The Sutton family and staff immediately took responsibility, and assured me the damage would be fixed however and by whomever I desired. The Sutton’s had the repair shop bill them directly and ensured I was happy with the repair. The situation quickly switched from one where the business was selling me tires, at a good price, to one of meeting my concerns for the damage and ensuring my complete satisfaction. We live and travel in our motorhome, but we will definitely return to the Sutton family for our tires.

I live in the neighborhood and needed 2 front tires (recent near blow-out of a tire). They had the right size for my VW Golf, could install the next morning, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely return for anything wheel and tire related.

Amazing people. On my way to work I realized I had a flat tire. I went in to get it repaired and they fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Amazing service, amazing customer service. Will be back to buy tires.

Great family-owned business. I highly recommend trusting them with all your tire needs. They are very professional, they won't steer you wrong or waste your time or sell you something you don't need. Update: if you need traction devices, they have you covered for tire Sox or chains, go in, see Kym and get your car safe for the winter season.

I called today and simply asked if it was possible to get a service call today for a flat on our box truck. I was told that it wouldn't be possible unless we work with them. When I asked if the fact that I bought the tires from them counted as working with them I got a snicker from the person on the other end of the phone, so yeah, I hung up. Here's the thing, not every company has a fleet of vehicles or can afford to have their only box truck rendered useless by having a front flat tire. This is a high stress situation. Don't laugh at a person calling in need of help. I bought these tires two years ago from y'all. Next time I need tires I'll spend my $1500 elsewhere, because apparently that doesn't count as working with your company.

They are a life saver! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond. We traveled to Portland for a appointment with no cash on hand and realized we had a flat tire. We stopped here because is was the closest place to fill up our tire, well ended up being more then just needing air it had a bolt in it. For free they removed the bolt and patched our tire. We are beyond thankful 🙏💙

Came in with a broken tire chain. They were able to help me sort it out gave me a part to make it work again and did not direct me to a new set of chains. They wouldn't accept a payment for the part, just asked that I come back when I need a new set of chains. Wonderful.

Good people doing great business. I called and they got me right in. The info my car’s computer was giving me was a false readying because it was never reset so they straightened it out for me and replaced the tire pressure sensor that wasn’t reading. Balanced my tires and got me on my way. Excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it!

Ok this is very delayed as it occurred back at the end of August 2022. Our penske tire popped and we were on a tight timeline to make it to our destination about 2 hours away. "Shoop" hooked it up for us. He was an absolute angel and made sure we were taken care of. He communicated clearly, kept me calm, and got us on our way in 20 minutes. We ended up still being able to meet our labor on the other end of our trip. Incredible job and speedy service. Highly recommend if you are ever stranded on the side of the road.

Super nice folks. Came all the way from Se to adopt a kitten and tire started losing air on way. Stopped by the first shop we saw and it was them. They did the job with care and quickly. This shop will be my regular for any tire needs in future!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO VISIT!! Edit; I FORGOT to mention that they did the SERVICE FOR FREE!!! FREE! Lovely 😊 people!

They are Awesome. It was Saturday on Labor Day weekend. I had a flat on my truck and needed 2 new tires. I found a lot of tire stores where closed. I called Chris at Sutton’s and she had the tires I needed. I went down there and she got me right in. I had the tires on my truck within 2 hours and back on the road. Thank you Chris.
