An amazing job. I was unable to take off the bolts to my alternator because they were stripped. Joe was able to get it off and he noticed I needed an axle as well. Fast and friendly service 10000000%

My front passenger wheel bearing and front ABS sensors were to be replaced in addition to my back shocks. Instead, the back wheel bearings were replaced, along with the back shocks, and the ABS sensors were not replaced. However, I was charged the full amount for the service including the sensors that were not replaced. I want the proportion of the ABS sensors refunded and will go elsewhere to have the front bearings replaced as well as to verify Swift Automotive's reported work was actually completed. I recommend you go elsewhere, too. Added Response to Owner I thought Swift Automative was confused, now I see this shop is lying. Yes, the original diagnostics were performed at another shop. Doing my due diligence, I called multiple shops to ensure the quoted price was competitive. On doing so, I informed Swift Auto Service I was informed by another shop that the front passanger wheel bearings and ABS sensor needed to be replaced as well as the rear shocks. I never said not to do their own diagnostics. Swift Automative then informed me the ABS sensors tend to go out around the same time and convinced me to change both ABS sensors. Their quoted price beat the original shop and included the additional sensor. Now I understand why the price was better. They performed the work without replacing the sensors and did the wrong axle. Now, they're lying or confused about the work, did not provide paperwork prior to service to hold them accountable, and naive me didn't think to ask for written confirmation after calling multiple times to ensure I had correctly relayed the original shop's diagnosis. They're also lying or confused about when I returned to state the problem or what my actual concern is. I returned to the Swift's shop after roughly 15 minutes when I realized the same grinding noise existed when turning. This is the same problem I reported to Swift in the first place and they said they didn't hear anything when test driving the car. I didn't return two hours later and I never asked for anything free. I asked that the price of the sensors they didn't replace be reimbursed and that I would go elsewhere to have Swift's mistake repaired. I did dispute the charge with my credit card company, but that's an all or nothing process. Avoid this shop like the plague.

Was charged outrageous price just for a diagnosis with no actual work done. Was not informed of this amount or even a rough estimate prior to diagnosis otherwise we would have left! $114 to scan for codes… something autozone can do for free in five minutes!! They had to “take the back seat out” - that takes maybe ten minutes tops, I have done it myself before. The amount charged is what I would expect to pay a non professional with no shop and no specialized, time-saving tools to do the job of installation; not a shop with all of the above just for a diagnosis that autozone could’ve told me. Do not go here, major rip off!

After calling Swift being stranded on the road, I was given a number to tow truck company that got the vehicle there in an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the vehicle back to us and ready the next day. They really helped me!!!

The day before you leave on a mission trip is not a good time to find out your air conditioner in the truck is not working. Swifty came to the rescue and communicated well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in for an alignment for my 2018 Hyundai Elantra, as it was pulling hard to the left. After I had it serviced, it was still pulling just as hard, if not worse than before I took it in. Called back the same day with no answer and left a voicemail. Never received a callback. Went back in a second time some weeks later, after making a second appointment. They reset the electronic steering sensor. Alignment is somewhat better now, though still off.

After being stranded the night before with no gas, barely a charge on my phone and waiting on roadside assistance that never showed I was super frustrated. Ubered home before my phone died to start over again today. Submitted my request through insurance for a new roadside assistance claim and it was 100% improvement from the night before. Grayson was amazing had my car filled with gas and stayed to make sure it started! I would definitely recommend them for their quality, reliability, customer service and going above and beyond!

Car repairs are never fun, and I had a hiccup lately. A friend recommended Swift Auto because she personally knows the owner. I called to give them my scenario, they encouraged me to bring my car in and helped coordinate a tow. They called me back within a day (that’s fast!) and had the repairs done quickly and affordably. The owner is a good and honest person, so if you have a need I would highly recommend contacting this group.

Swift Auto was able to get my car in for diagnosis of engine light on the same day I called for an appointment. They were also able to fix it that day. Professional team of mechanics with a fair price of service. If they find any other issues with your car they will inform you. Thanks Joe for your expert help keeping my car on the road.
