Loved the fact that they offer free of charge picking up and dropping off of your vehicle. They did it in a timely manner and at an amazing affordable cost. Will definitely be going back for other vehicle maintenance.

Unfortunately had to have a couple of vehicles towed here recently (not due to their issue) but the team did a great job of diagnosing and repairing! Friendly staff and great to work with. I would definitely recommend!

The customer service at SWT is beyond reproach! I switched over to them, with a referral from a local body shop, after experiencing frustrations going to my dealership for service. They were able to get me in and get all of my repairs done at a third of the previously quoted price. Plus, when I took it in for the initial check up, they were running behind and made the effort to call me and inform me that it would be a bit longer due to being short staffed that day! I have never had a shop call in advance of an inconvenience just to be sure I was informed immediately. I won't be going anywhere else. I'm incredibly impressed and will send everyone I know to SWT!

Incompetent. Wastes time. Makes excuses. I'm a carhop customer. And I'm not the only one who has brought their car to SWT. Allegedly, other carhop customers are having timely issues with this company. I was having some coolant leak issues and had it checked out by a different shop. Turns out I had a blown gasket too. I took my car in on November 18th, 2024. SWT received the new engine on November 26th, 2024 from carhop. As of yesterday, December 19th, 2024, they began working on replacing my blown engine with the new one. I was assured the job would be done TODAY (12/20/24). I went in to check on progress and to pick up my vehicle. Their response? "Either CarHop sent in a faulty engine or a timing belt issue, and that we are working on addressing the problem and fixing it asap!" I am displeased with this company and their work ethics. I will be taking my car after the replacement to another shop to get it looked at and MAKE SURE the repairs were done CORRECTLY. Save yourself the hassle and go with Juhl Auto. Better service and professional. And to Carhop customers, find a different shop for your repairs that work with Carhop. Edit (12/26/2024): So, the engine itself is good. Only good thing i have to say. Here's 2 reasons to counter that one. 1.) My heater isn't working as intended. And yes, it's been like this for the last week. Couldn't get it checked out till this morning cause Christmas. So there were BUBBLES in my coolant system. Seriously SWT? 2.) I have a serious knocking problem in my front driver wheel. Guess what that means? They screwed up my suspension/ wheel bearing while "replacing" my engine. SWT, care to remedy the knocking for free? (Since it is YOUR screw up) And actually provide a timely and professional repair?

Last night we got a flat tire on the interstate. I was calling around to tow companies trying to find the cheapest place to help us. Car after car passed us with no one stopping to ask if we needed help. God sent us this young lady that stopped and asked us if we needed help. She jumped right on to help put our spare tire on. We tried to give her a tip but she declined it and said she was just happy to be able to help and how she was just on her way home from work so it wasn’t an inconvenience to stop and help. I’m not sure if she is an employee of SWT but that’s what the side of the truck said that she was driving and the coat she was wearing. SWT if you guys have an employee working for you named Ali, please let her know how thankful we are for her help and she showed us that girls can do anything. She had our flat tire off and new one on in minutes in the cold and rain. This young lady is an angel. SWT I will be bringing my vehicles to you guys from now if this is the type of employees you guys have working for you.

My RV overheated on I-29 and after making a number of phone calls without success, SWT said they'd be happy to squeeze me in to a full schedule and see if they could get me back on the road (even though they don't typically service RVs). They were able to and get my rig back up and running in a few days. Thanks to everyone for their help (including Casey at Redi Towing)!

I have been having low tire pressure concerns lately so I brought it in to SWT! The shop spent the duration of a day monitoring the tire pressure and tested the tires! I'm new to the areaand I have a 20 year plus old vehicle, that needed fairly basic maintenance work done. My daughters recommended this shop for their good work, thoroughness, honesty and great prices I am so glad I listened. The folks at SWT Total Car Care were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I arrived for my appointment, they got to work. There was no waiting around while they finished another vehicle. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and they fixed precisely what they said they'd fix. There were no surprises at all. These guys are always great to deal with. Honest, helpful and courteous staff. My AC stopped working the day I was leaving for the Black Hills. Stopped in on a busy afternoon with no appointment and asked them to check it out. They took my car right in, quickly diagnosed it as a blown fuse, replaced it, and sent me on my way with NO CHARGE!
