Terrible attitude, rude for no reason

After realizing at an auto parts store my mechanic was taking advantage of me, by marking up the price of parts and exaggerating the necessary hours of time needed to fix my car, the distributor recommended Hai at T1 automotive. He's been my go-to guy ever since. Knowledgeable,fair, and efficient. The peace of mind you're afforded knowing that he is honest is priceless.

If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would. We have been taking our cars here for the last 15 years. We have always been treated fairly and professionally. We own a shop a couple blocks away and it’s ironic when customers come in and say that they have the absolute best mechanic… only to find out that we’re both going to T1!! Keep up the great work!!

I called about a possible transmission fluid leak, and they told me to come in. They found a more pressing issue (oil leak) and directed me to go back to where I had my oil changed so it could be fixed for free. They also noticed my water was low and filled it up. They didn’t charge me for any of their time. I will definitely be back for my next service!

I came here because I had failed a smog check twice (the second time after having already gone to a mechanic). Everything was straightforward, he wasn't trying to scam me for more money like some places do. Very happy I came here!

I love this guy...go above and beyond I would recommend him above anybody else in Sacramento!!!!! Hai has become like a personal friend he has fixed my car my mom's car my son's and my friends....he deserves no less than a 5 star rating anything less then that you will need your brain checked!...he is the best and honest...

I've been dealing with Hai (the owner) sense 2016 does the best work in Sacramento hand down, he can be a Lil pricey at times but I never have problems with their work

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Poorly ran business. I had an appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early to find out the boss had left to pick up a car and couldnt come back for the rest of the day. No one else in the shop could do the work so I was out of luck and he said I should try back next week. So I found another shop.

Hai is the owner of T1 Automotive (not A1 Automotive next door!) . Hai is easy to talk to and honest. I would like to recommend going to T1 for all your automotive needs. I have had T1 replace everything from an oil change to catalytic converter to radiators. Hai and his staff do the work quickly and honestly ( a rare commodity these days!) and charges a fair price. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so in the future. Check out T1 Automotive for all your car/truck/SUV needs!

I can't speak highly enough about T1-Hai (owner) and his great crew! A good friend recommended Hai as he has been going to him for years. My friend knows about cars and trusts them completely. He is always saying "Oh just take it to Hai - he will figure it out and is a good prices". Initially had a BMW but now a Camry. T1 fixed everything in a timely manner. Hai actually went above and beyond and came to my home to pump up a flat I had so I could drive car to his shop to get fixed instead of me getting a tow to shop. I have AAA so I would have been charged but him coming right out to help me and not have to wait for AAA helped me a lot. His fees aren't extreme. My sisters had my car and brakes were squealing so she had her mechnique look at and turns out the CV joint was cracked - her mechnique said I could wait to fix and he would change $500 to $600 to fix. I took my car to my guys at T1 and Hai said it needed to be replaced right away. Don't drive ( I asked if it could wait a little bit LOL), if I did that would mean more damage elsewhere AND cost was only $340.00. Hai will tell me when I need to fix something now or can wait or don't waste money on to fix (as in the case with my BMW. I'm grateful I have someone I can trust. I don't know much about cars so it's great to find someone who isn't going to try take me for a ride.
