The Guys at T&E did a bang up job on replacing my clutch. Pulled truck in shop just after I got there and had it done before quitting time saving me from having to get a hotel for the night. Wasn’t sure where to go had plenty of places wouldn’t call me back or not willing to do what I needed done (heater grid upgrade) but Sean at T&E hooked me up. I told them I wasn’t in a hurry but they got it done quick. Not sure how their heavy duty side is but if it’s anything like their light duty side I would 100% recommend them. And the price didn’t break the bank. Glad I went there and will always go back to T&E for my Diesle needs. Thank you all.

Outstanding top notch service! Best experience I have ever had with a repair facility. While traveling from South Dakota to Florida over the holidays my truck started running rough. I thought I had blown an injector or something worse. I was unfamiliar with the area and googled diesel repair. I was close to T&E North of Kansas City. I called and they said to bring in at 7am and they will get me back on the road. I was very apprehensive for being a traveler and hoping I picked a good shop. When I walked in I was greeted very warmly by the officer manager Bree. She called in a mechanic and took down my information. When I left they said they will figure out the problem and get back to me. They were able to get me in and out very quickly under the circumstances and traveling over the holidays. They were professional, great communication and affordable for the service they provided. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Before you let these guys work on your truck make sure you get an estimate for the job. One hour job and you’ll get charged for 3 hours and I supplied the part. That’s bad business in my opinion

Good group of guys here. Was told at another shop I needed work done and brought here. Turned out didn’t need the work done. But did end up doing some other work on my trailer that was needed. Everyone is nice and professional here. Definitely come back again when I need something done.

Our motorhome steer axle tire was damaged. The T&E office was professional & personable. The Mobile tech/manager was knowledgeable, easy to work with and quick to react and followed up. And the mobile tech was personable, professional and efficient. I can recommend them if you need help finding and replacing your tires in quick order.

First visit to this facility and for the indirect reason of an alignment with Chad(Alignment Solutions). Got off to a bumpy start as miscommunication of arrival. My wife and business partner had scheduled the alignment and evidently gave Chad the impression my arrival was going to be much later. Unknowingly, I arrived @ 11am on Fri. 4/26/24, Chad was expecting me at 2pm. After meeting the T&E Office Crew to check-in found Chad was not on the premises. I was given his phone # and called and left msg.. Chad later called me back and admitted he didn’t expect me till 2pm. I was just happy he would take the time on a Fri. to get me checked out no matter what. He called me back approximately 1:45pm and had me pull-up and into Bay#1. Didn’t take very long under his expertise to find I needed rear suspension bushings replaced before he could continue with his alignment. That’s when I transitioned over to T&E Service. Unfortunately the bushings needed for the job were not in their inventory as they are very busy during the week and had used up all the stock and now it was the end of week. Quick call to supplier and bsgs were ordered and on the way. I also had all shock absorbers replaced which also had to be sourced, not a problem for these people. At about 4:45pm all parts were received and installed leaving Chad able to do his magic. Within an hr he was done and I was finished. I was in hopes to talk about a new set of steer tires but had run T&E Service out of hours of operation. Chris and I agreed to meet back in the am and he even invited me to park my truck there and stay the night on the property. Next morning(Saturday)trucks were already pulling in just before 8am opening time. I walked up and met with Chris and decided on a set of Michelin X Line tires, even though the RY617 Yokohama’s came highly recommended by both Chad and Chris. They were out of each and could only get the Yokohama’s. I walked away,but later came back after talking with my business partner(wife)and agreeing to make a smart business decision. Chris’s office staff had me in a bay and immediately put their expert tire installation team on the job. New Yokohama’s seemed to fall from the sky and were there ready to replace old worn Goodyear Endurances that had done their job and ready for casing credit. Tire installation team worked flawlessly and professionally it seemed their task was synchronized. I was truly impressed and amazed at the same time. Chris and his crew left me feeling confident with his staffs expert workmanship. The hospitality generated in the near 24hr period left me nearly speechless. Thanks to all, especially for being so gracious and making me feel at home in your workplace. You’ve earned my future business and sincerely appreciate your time in solving my maintenance issues. Your facility has most all the amenities for anyone to feel comfortable while waiting. Any of the difficulties for me were far outweighed by the positives I experienced. Thank you all ! P.S: Oh, by the way, truck drives and rides better than when new. With 631,000 miles it found its fountain of youth at T&E Service ! Update 6/12/24: Returned to get 1ea shock absorbers (Monroe Magnum)replaced on frt drive axle as it had started leaking fluid. T&E stood behind their work and products used in original visit and replaced free-of-charge. Thank you Chris. Son-of-Chad actually did the removal and install of replacement shock. The place was super super busy and I showed up earlier than planned but was worked in. 1st class operation! I actually noticed a subtle difference after defective shock was swapped for replacement too. 👍

Great customer service. Honest and quick. Saved our vacation! Unfortunately, my car was stolen from our hotel parking lot. It was recovered the next day, but had damage. T&E was the only place that could get us in and fixed the same day! They worked with my insurance company and competed the work quickly so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend them!

I am so glad I found this place. Unbelievably fast service and super nice staff. I went in for a tire repair and rotation. They started at 9:08 and were done at 9:30 and $37 for all of it. All of those other high dollar long wait places can pound sand. Thank you T&E!

We own a small trucking company and greatly appreciate the service that we receive from T&E Tire. The current cold snap did a number on our trucks, and we had to get 3 of them towed here. Nigel was on point with his communication and gave us accurate turn around times so we could get our trucks back on the road. They were extremely good about allowing us to get some of our own parts. We have been coming here for a couple years now, and I can tell you that their pricing is fair and their work is stellar. They know how to diagnose issues, and it isn’t one of those places where you come in for one thing and they tell you 10 other things are wrong - or you’re coming back in a week later for more issues. They’re honest and worth your business. They’re always our number one choice!
