The shop resolved my mechanical issue, but I was disappointed with my experience with the owner. When I initially called, I asked for the price of the service and decided to book an appointment based on the quoted price and the shop’s great reviews. However, when my car was finished, the owner told me I owed $50 more than what was originally quoted. When I pointed this out, he accused me of lying and became very hostile. I explained that I had written down the price he quoted me during our initial call. While he ultimately honored the original price, I left feeling very disrespected. I would have had no issue paying the additional $50 if that had been the price quoted from the start, but increasing the price without notice was unprofessional. It makes me wonder if he provides inconsistent pricing, making it difficult for him to remember what he initially quoted.

I drove out of my garage with a flat tire and hobbled into T&H a couple of blocks away for it to be repaired. Fortunately, with no appt or any kind of notice, they were able to fix it immediately and had me back on my way in <30 minutes. Thank you T&H!!

Ming is the greatest. Knowledgable, found problems with my car other mechanics could not solve and even washed the car and vacuumed out the inside. Kindest person, honest, and reasonably priced. Would recommend 15/10

If you're new driver then don't visit them. The owner scammed me $440 for doing nothing. Igniting was not working because no charge on battery. He charged my car hardly for 30 seconds and it started to work however he told me he worked on Alternator which was wrong. And ensured me now there will be no issues. Just after one week the same issue repeated it again. My janitor fixed it in few minutes buy charging my car battery with his car battery. I had spend around more than $4000 dollar in this shop but that owner still scammed me thinking I'm a new driver. NOT recommended.

My car broke down serendipitously directly in front of T & H as Mr. Ming was closing up shop for the day. I cannot be happier it happened because it introduced me to Mr. Steven Ming and his team of mechanics who do an absolutely amazing job with any repairs I have needed since. Mr. Ming is concise in his breakdowns for labor and parts. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but I'll drive up to have him take care of any problems I encounter.

Friendly and honest service that I can trust!! I recently got a suspicious (and very expensive) list of repairs from another mechanic while out of state for the holidays and brought my car to T & H for a second opinion. After inspection, they confirmed my suspicion about the other mechanic's assessment of my vehicle's condition and offered to take care of only the things that actually needed attention, which it turned out was only standard maintenance at a much more reasonable cost. This was my second encounter with T & H, with my first being just as helpful when my AC stopped working last year. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the folks at T&H Auto. I was referred to T&H by a friend when my check engine light came on. They were able to get me in the day I called, their diagnostic fee was reasonable and they accurately identified the issue and were able to fix it under 24 hours. All of that is great but what really impressed me was they called when they said they would and my car was ready when they said it would be. They did great work, were excellent communicators and I was charged a fair price and didn't feel taken advantage of. I can't recommend T&H Auto enough. They will have my business for a long time to come.

I've taken my car here over the past few years. These guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. They've always been straight and upfront with potential costs for parts and labor. They have fixed all sorts of stuff from my seat belt to my fuel tank. Bottom line: 10 outta 10 would recommend :)

Ming! Simply the best! I've been living in the area for 6yrs, never had a problem with my car until lately, my oil sensor switch went out on me, oil leaking out like water but anywho I did some research, I came across T & H last Wednesday, I like the positive feedback from past reviews, took my car to T & H last Wednesday and my car was ready the same day!! Very impressive! Very professional staff, reasonable in cost and kind hearted, so thankful I chose T & H, the owner is awesome! I definitely recommend T & H!!

I'm totally upset with T & H. I paid $409 for a powersteering pump and it started giving me issues 6months after they put it on I took it back and showed owner my receipt and he told me it's a defective pump he didn't offer to replace it no charge , he told me $420-480 this time. SMH.

Not only did Steve fix all the dents & scrapes on my 2019 Prius, he detailed the inside of the car so it was like new. Both bus/red lines and Enterprise rental are within easy walking distance of the shop.
