They were very kind and professional. They got me an appointment same day for smog check. Only took 20-30 min to complete. Also within walking distance to Starbucks. When I can back he had also checked my tired pressure and filled the tires without asking. I thought it was looking slightly flat lol. Very nice and professional. Will go back with any other car issues in the future.

1st time there, people were very helpful & nice! The job was done in a very timely manner &it was even cheaper than expected, but then another issue came up!(that I had kinda suspected already) But they spoke with me about it & led me in the right direction as to what I could do in order to fix it & More Importantly SAVE $$ GOOD JOB!!

I am new to San Diego and I came here for the first time yesterday and was very pleased! They were very accommodating and allowed me to drop my car off earlier than my appointment so I could make it to work on time! They worked quick and focused on what really needed to be done at the appointment and didn’t add extra unnecessary things just to make more $. They were finished within a few hours and left the car for me to pick up even after their closing time. I will definitely use them again!

Brought in for AC making noise. They cleaned some debris behind dash board and said all was good. The noise was still there, and I had to bring in the second time for them to actually listen to the noise and re-charge the AC with new freon. I don’t think they even turned on the AC the first time. They assumed just from my description and the year of my car that something that fell behind the glove box or the vent. They said the initial diagnosis fee would be deducted from the service fee when I dropped off the car the first time, but when I brought it again they declined because they cleaned the debris. So basically I paid $120 for an improper diagnosis and had to spend extra time and haggling to get the job done. Very much disappointed as they are knowledgeable and nice people, just not as thorough as they claim.

EXCELLENT mechanic. I called about my car reading "not ready" on a smog test and needing work done. Immediately Phong gave suggestions over the phone of things I could do to activate the drive cycle before I resorted to bringing it in for work. It ended up needing the work in the end (the oxygen sensors had never been replaced) but the fact that he was giving me possible solutions to try on my own, at the expense of potentially losing a customer, is astounding. Really top tier guy and repair shop as a whole. They also let me know that my car may take a few days, and then they got it done within hours! Which is the opposite of my usual experience at the mechanic.. Overall can't recommend enough!

Such a nice team of people and they did great work at a reasonable price. They are very busy because they are so awesome but be prepared as wait times may be a bit longer but totally worth it for the honesty and quality of service.
