Purchased a Groupon. Their service is different than as described. They only do drain and fill Service type for radiator flush rather than as described on Groupon: Our Coolant flush involves forcing several gallons of cleaner, water and new antifreeze through the system to get rid of all the old antifreeze and the contaminants that may have built up in it.

Hi , this is kapil sirohi I have 3 service cars that I use for my business for restaurant's and I work as an engineer in a company, almost 2.5 weeks back I services an Honda and Audi .for Honda it was normAl service but instruction given w.r.t noise on rear tire is not fulfilled, for r Audi it was disaster as an owner , they charged me around $ 4.6323 K and one time we picked the vehicles given clear remarks it is fixed , another time they towed the vehicle and serviced and gave me keys as everything works fine and 2nd delivery was not expected as an unusual, we would be posting this for few youtube and channels be in in tune will post the links here. Also the Guy who recommended me to go to T Tech auto was actually working in Firestone Complete Auto Care a well known brand on weekends as T-Tech auto is closed on weekends

Got my oil change. The gal at the front was really nice. You can take a walk around Webb lake while they change your oil. Found a great deal on Groupon.

T-Tech did a fantastic job repairing a part that broke. The work require some welding and reshaping (bent) back to original configuration. They were quick with the work at a fair price. I will continue to return to T-Tech for future services.

T-tech is friendly , knowledgeable ( solved an issue two other shops couldn't), and fairly priced. Doesn't get a lot better than that.

Took my 1999 Mazda Miata here, was having a recurring P0106 (emissions) check engine light (CEL). Sam and his awesome diagnostic team of certified technicians looked it over, took it for a test drive, knew exactly the issue and efficiently solved this pesky problem. Car was smogged and no more CEL! Thanks T-Tech! Don't hesitate to go here!

Very happy with my experience at T Tech Auto! My engine light was on and my dashboard turn signal was stuck. Both were fixed (free of charge) because no major diagnostics required. I really appreciated their honesty and fairness! Hard to find these days... thank you T Tech Auto!

Went in for a faulty door ajar switch, came out with no solution and paid for a new door lock actuator when I didn't even need a new one. Problem still exists with my car. I also was never shown a receipt for the part purchased or the actual part itself. Went to a mechanic afterwards and he stated that they didn't even put in a new door lock actuator. Got scammed, and afterwards they didn't even give me a full diagnostic of what the issue was with my car.

dont trust this place they told me i needed brakes when i had just had them replaced few months prior. Went back to shop that did my brakes they were perfectly fine

Took my vehicle to T tech auto in Rancho Bernardo to have the break pads changed. Several months later, while driving, I noticed an awkward noise. Made the decision to take the vehicle to Mazda to be looked at. On the way to the mechanic at my dealership one caliper comes off during the drive. The break pedal becomes very squishy and causes me to lose control. My break pedal barely give me the ability to stop in traffic. This nearly caused an accident at a red light. Upon arriving at my dealership it was discovered that one caliper was not torqued properly after the break pads were changed. I immediately contact T tech auto because they are the ones responsible for causing this caliper to come loose. T tech auto suggested towing it to them to fix their mistake but my better judgement encouraged me to leave it at Mazda. According to the mechanic at my dealership the only repair required was installing a replacement bolt that came out of the caliper. This repair was minimal, considering the serious injury or death it could have created when the breaks failed. T tech auto refused to compensate me for the cost of labor because i didn’t bring them this repair. They mentioned the compensation wasn’t part of their warranty. They also refused me any refund.

I should read before I got a service there. Very unprofessional and rude. I started feeling worried as I read the negative reviews fromprevious customers but I'm just hoping that they did a right job to my vehicle. There are reasons why many customers left negative reviews about this place.

Dropped my Golf Sportwagen off at the 1pm appointment time for dual clutch fluid change. I was going to wait for the car but, after about 45 minutes it was informed that work would take longer than the estimated 1 hour, so the customer service person updated the estimate to 2 1/2 hours upon which I departed. The car was done before the estimated time and I was pleasently informed that the original quoted hours and cost would be honored despite the unknown additional time actually required. I'm pleased and recommend T Tech.

Quick and professional service for a good price. I purchased a Groupon for a conventional oil change for $21. Without the Groupon, the service would've been $40+ so the Groupon is an awesome value. Even with just 1 tech available to do work, I was able to arrive at my appointment time then leave within 40 minutes. I'll be bringing my car back!

These guys were very professional, helpful and understanding. They got me a great deal on new tires and were even willing to do some repairs for me although at the last minute I changed my mind. I was a couple minutes behind my appointment but they were understanding and patient. I would certainly use their services in the future and would recommend to all my friends. Thanks again guys for a great job.
