Took my truck there asked for a three-point alignment to be done. I got a call an hour later saying that my alignment was good that they just were gonna charge me to look at it. The mechanic said that everything was still good and that I was good to go, I took off started driving it and when I would break, it would start shaking come to find out later that day I checked it the tire rod was messed up. My kingpins were messed up, and I don’t know if it all happened when it was at the shop or what because it Would never shake when I would break but anyways, if you’re reading this comment, I would take my truck to get an alignment done at Bucks alignment in Fort Worth, Texas

I just want to thank everybody here for always being there to support my family business and all of our equipment tire needs. Mr Brad always comes out and takes care of me every time I come in. My trailer has a unique tire size which he just happens to have every time I need one. So long as I am in the area, this is my first stop every time. The prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. A family type atmosphere to support our family's business. Love them.

Needed a super single on my trailer replaced.. this outfit was 1 mile away and gave me the option of coming to them or they'd be right in minutes.. I went to them, they got me straight in their bay and did an outstanding job.. very friendly and courteous.. highly recommend!!

On 10/12/2023 I changed the steer tires with them, good quality but they were poorly balanced. I hit the road, my truck was everywhere. I took it to the shop, everything seems to be in place, but I was advised to do the balance, which I have already done with these folks. I balanced it at TA again, everything came back to normal. I will never trust them again. If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it. It’s risking someone’s life and their equipment.

**** FOR RV/MOTORHOME OWNERS **** 5 Stars all the way. Amanda provided me a great quote. Brad Mohon was my service manager. I am blown away by the pricing and the level of service. I'm not commercial--I have a motorhome with a Freightliner chassis---Uses commercial tires though. I was not treated any differently at T&W.... I had requested a quote previously from another shop in Fort Worth and I was treated very poorly like as an RV'r I was sort of a joke--Kind of had me intimidated. T&W treated me AWESOME. The other thing that blew my mind was just how quickly they turned me around. They do not take appointments so I showed up just after they opened- 7:30am. I swear I was in and out in about an hour--ALL SIX TIRES. I 100% recommend T&W for heavy chassis RV owners.

Absolutely amazing service. I believe the mechanics name was Antony, he was here and finished within 10 minutes it felt like. I’ve never had a tire replaced that quickly! If I ever have a flat in this area again T&W is going to be the shop I want!

Yesterday my driver came to this service. He was told that they would not put a spare tire. They offered to put their brand new tire, but they don’t have an account. They don't have used tires. Also, the service staff were drunk from them a strong smell of alcohol. When I called the service, they told me that today they did not have free people, while it was clear from the voice that the employee was drunk. But when I said that my driver is already with them and I know that they don’t have anyone now, they transferred me to another line and didn’t pick up the phone anymore.

I had an alignment done and replaced steer tires. Fast and friendly. Doing some remodeling so there is nowhere to really sit and relax while you wait. I would definitely come back.
