I definitely believe they are chasing unfair profit at the mechanics department. The staff was polite, but the business charged a high price for a simple procedure. I will share the details in the truck driver groups on Telegram. Be cautious.

Ask the clerk how she was doing she didn't say nothing back to me back my stuff didn't even say have a nice day or nothing even told her thank you she didn't say nothing back I need to realize we're truckers we don't really see too many people and when we do it would be nice if they weren't rude to us especially when we're spending all that money and walking through their pissed filled parking lot.

2 stars bc elder lady with really light hair is nice. Bathroom in back of casino was out of toilet paper for over 2 hours. The front bathroom only has 1 or 2 working stalls and some dude was sitting in there with his feet up. Looked like an empty stall but someone was in there.

This TA is old. The shower stalls are small and dirty. If you’re a little on the big side you will struggle to shower and be touching the nasty walls with your body 🤢. One time there wasn’t even toilet paper. A good note though there is good water pressure. Parking is whatever but hey at least there’s a place to park.

Worst truck stop in America. No soap and toilet papers in restroom stalls always. More than 15 people work there regularly but no one replaces toilet papers and soap.

Filthy. Showers and bathrooms are FILTHY. Trucks and partying travelers make for an extra loud night, but convenient with a small casino inside. Location and amenities earned this the 2.5 stars, but the filth alone may cause you to question those. If you want a quieter, cleaner space, and proximity to the strip doesn't matter, I'd recommend North Vegas TA Goasis it's clean and quiet by comparison.

Like most TA & Petro, this place is a train wreck. Truck parking is full of local trucks, dropped trailers and wrecked trucks/trailers. I was going to fuel and park but once I saw that there was absolutely no parking available in the middle of the day on a Sunday, I decided to fuel further down the road where there is parking. Also, the property is trashy and dirty with a sense of being robbed or mugged. Truck stop is an insult to Las Vegas.

Road side service mechanic David A. Did a fantastic job today. We had a tire issue. We have a difficult size tire 17.5 rims on our trailer. He did a professional Job and was very polite. He did an outstanding job. We will definitely be using Ta in for our Tire needs. Thank you again, David A.

TA Las Vegas Paid parking early in the day. Rolled in 12:30 am. No spots available. I was told sorry nothing we can do, we don't have security. I'm out of hours. What do you suggest I do now TA?

TA management..I know you guys can do better with the showers.. Ok there's no place to put your soap in the shower. Your shower heads are good but the way it's pointing, you got to be up against the wall to catch the water..I feel like I should have went to the Petro which is owned by u guys too..Yeah I know but the Petro's showers are usually really good..Other than that it's not too bad.

**Avoid This Place at All Costs!** I brought my truck in for a simple PM and an oil pan gasket replacement, expecting professional service. Instead, I got a nightmare. Paid for new bolts, only to find out they either used the old ones or overtightened them, resulting in bolts broken into the engine frame. And guess what? They haven’t taken *any* responsibility for this disaster so far. To make matters worse, they installed the fuel separator filter without an O-ring—completely unacceptable. Instead of solving my truck’s issues, they gave me more problems. As of now, no one from management has bothered to reach out or offer a solution. I'm still waiting on calls that never come. Horrible customer service, zero accountability. I'll keep posting updates on how (or if) they handle this mess. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I get it’s a truck stop but to work all day, park and try to get a meal, WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THIS TO ANYONE? I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. Shame on the young gentleman that thought this was ok.

Avoid this place at all costs. Purchased an item. Was $3.29 at the shelf. Marked twice. Rang up at the register at $3.79. Employee stated that maybe someone marked it wrong. Twice? And by Nevada law supposed to ring up at the marked price. Employee refused. Another customer heard me complaining and found the same issue on another product. Management needs to step up!

Booked a Roadside Assistance yesterday through our national Michelin Account at about 140pm my time. Our truck had blown a trailer tire near Nipton CA. WE HAVE A MOUNTED SPARE and only needed somebody to come out and PUT IT ON. ETA given was 90-120 minutes. 3 hrs later and no show, new ETA given another 90-120 minutes. 3 MORE hours later and still no show, Michelin called them and was told truck had been dispatched 1 hr before, eta 15-25 min. Still no show. Called Michelin again, they called TA, TA told them they were in the area on ANOTHER call before us, new ETA 90-120 minutes from that time. Also they told Michelin they had been in contact with my driver when they had not been AT ALL. I asked Michelin to phone around and see if there were any other options, and Michelin found a different company to come out around 830pm my time, who showed up 75 minutes later (Las Vegas to Nipton CA is 71 miles, so the other guys basically headed out immediately) and had our tire changed within 15 or 20 minutes of getting there. Honestly, TA Las Vegas gave us and Michelin the WORST service I can ever recall my company getting. If I were you, DON'T take your vehicle to TA Las Vegas for repairs or service and DON'T call them for roadside assistance. I would give them zero stars if I could. Terriblle, terrible, TERRIBLE. I will be recommending to Michelin that they be removed from their authorized partner list. And the company that DID come out told my driver that this TA has lost ALOT of business to them recently, even some big contracts. DON'T GO THERE.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. No squeegees at truck islands along with no papertowel or water spickets working as well. Inside 1 cashier working with a huge line of people waiting. Bathrooms inside are dirty and no soap in soap dispensers and they are broken (how are employees washing hands? 🤢) also no paper towels in the bathroom either... save yourself the time and pass this one up they don't like or care about customers or truckers at all. Also no free truck parking all spots are paid spots at 30$ a night. What a joke and nightmare this place is.

It's pretty sad the way truck stops treat truck drivers now days we buy 1000's of gallons of fuel from you daily purchase 1000's of dollars of products out of the stores and restaurants daily even pay 1000's of dollars a day to park our rigs but yet we can't drop our trailer to go take care of personal business walmart doctor dentist ect ect ... it's time these truck stops learn who made them and who supports them and make an example out of how bad they actually treat truck drivers ... if I haft to pay for the spot then we drivers should be able to drop our trailer that's the least a truck stop could do to show support for truck drivers ...

Mi queja es por el mal estado de las duchas, son realmente asquerosas, antihigiénicos, no se si esto tenga o no una auditoría pero siento que debería tenerla lo más pronto posible, la ducha es la número 11, es posible que todas estén por el mismo deterioro y suciedad. No se como pueden brindarle a una persona este tipo de servicio. Por favor si hay alguna autoridad que intervenga aquí lo más pronto posible, revisen el aire esta creo que hasta con moho al igual que el piso. Ha sido la peor experiencia que he vivido en un TA.

Be careful here. Thieves set up shop here. And TA is the only truck stop that doesn't have a tire pump. It's the worst compared to other truck stops. And the stuff they sell is ridiculously expensive. If you park late at night, the security guards charge $10. Just use the bathroom and leave.

I purchased a reserved parking online, and it showed 37 spots available. However, upon arrival 22 minutes later, there were NO parking spots open. I called and spoke to an associate, explaining the situation, but was told there's nothing they can do. They do not have security to enforce parking, and I feel it's wrong that we paid for parking while 30 + drivers who did not pay were able to stay. I asked for a refund and was told to call Corporate or submit a request online. I called Corporate, but have not received a response two days later. I filled out an online form but it wouldn't allow me to submit. I have had negative experiences at this location before, unclean bathrooms, and frequent visits from the "Ladies of the night ". If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I do not recommend Travel America in Las Vegas to anyone.

WE DESERVE BETTER, THIS LOCATION CHARGES $25 A NIGHT THE WHOLE PARKING LOT, NO FREE PARKING. WITH ALL THE MONEY EACH AND EVERYONE OF US SPEND AT THIS PLACE YOU WOULD THINK WE WOULD AT THE VERY LEAST GET CLEAN RESTROOMS AND A CLEAN STORE. SHAME ON YOU SEAN KAYLER.

Paid parking for cars but not all of them have the receipt in the window. I paid 10 dollars and others didn't have to. Supposedly they have security but I didn't see them for the 7 hours I was there. Got a sandwich wrap there and couldn't swallow the first bite. It was bad. 9 dollars and no dinner. Not impressed by this TA. I won't be coming back. Oh, also, the bathrooms were the most disgusting in the 12k miles that I just traveled. I gave it 2 stars because the girls last night were nice
