Don't use them they did not put oil needed for my truck once on the road engine light turned when turned around with my receipt asking to help and fix the issue asked me to wait for 6 hours after that calling me F and asked me to move my truck a civil case BBB complaint and matter to their head quarters on the way since this was by the shop manager

Most of the parking spots are paid to the park. Few spots are free, but it get full quickly, and the whole parking spots are full debris . Dirt all over. That TA truckstop is the only one I can say it's very dirty. I have been to many TA locations all over the country since 1995. This one is too dirty

I needed 3 tires put on my truck it took them 4 and a half hours to even get me into a bay and another 3 hrs to get tires put on. Then when I came back for an alignment they told me their tech was already doing an alignment so he wouldn't be able to get to me anyway. What kind of tech only does 1 job then stops working for the day! TA service department is a joke

Showers are very small, toilet to close to wall ,no shelves in Shower for soap and shampoo, water from Shower gets all over floor, hair dryer didn't work. Very disappointing, Love's is much better.

The woman who greeted the customer was very rude. It was as if she wanted me to leave. The employees also seemed to want no customers to come. They kept me waiting for a long time. Then they said they were busy now, we can do it in 2 hours. They were very uninterested. I guess they thought I had no other alternative but them. I made my own name.

Do not recommend this place. I had problems with my brake system, they replaced some parts but didn't put everything in its place. That's why I had to visit another shop. If you decide to visit this place, double or triple check before you go.

KEEP AWAY - THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I came today to replace an air valve. Waited over 2 hrs for them to take me inside the shop. They've checked their stock and told me they don't have this part. I told them from the beginning what the problem was and what needed to be replaced. The bill was $70,86 to pay for NOTHING! Just to look at the leaking part.

09:00 меняли масло, колесо Брызговик!!! это немыслимо! И ждали мы их тоже около 10 часов. Вы будете сидеть в жаре потому что ключи заберут . Если есть возможность не за что сюда не едьте! Иначе потеряете весь день. Куда смотрит руководство, сколько денег они теряют из-за таких мастеров.
